Sable is very chill, but I loved it. Ended up buying it when it left GP. The art style was one of the first I had seen that was pushing the textureless cell shade look similar to Hi-Fi Rush. OST is also by Japanese Breakfast, who is great.

Powerwash Simulator is pretty fun as well. Just a chill podcast game to play. Had some comedic DLC as well.

Lego seems like a fun racing game, but let me guess, tons of lego pieces and models locked behind micro transactions, no?

mckmas8808 mckmas8808 - ok, I guess they really are invested in the catalogue versions of PS+. Only way I can rationalize the price increase for essential and the shit they keep including with it is that they want to kill essential. This is gross.

Ewww.....funny that it's the same thing MS did with Games for Gold. This is nasty work by Sony. And still no VR games. :(

I was too harsh. Another toy car racing game to go with Hot Wheels sounds so much better than GT7 and VR2 already purchased. And who doesn't love some good old simulated power washing?

It's Games with Gold all over again to push people to the premium tier, I'll never resub this shit again after that price hike.
I would have loved not to pre-purchase like 2 years worth of PS Plus Premium for the same reason, now I cant "unsubscribe". I think they know how many people did the same thing so people are stuck until their subscription ends.

I had so much hope about the PS Classics, thought they were going all in given the price, bring back all the classics and third parties. But... here we are with like the fifth Worms game.

Gentlemen, we can rebuild it. We have the capability to make the world's first enhanced store. Steam will be that store. Better than it was before.
I love powerwash simulator, it goes in some very unexpected directions

Except when they say "value-added benefits" they mean there's value in making executives/shareholders happy!
I might check out PS washer, but if I'm going to simulate pressure washing, I should probably just take the surface cleaner/SH mixture out and clean my driveway

Well they don’t have games with gold to compete with anymore, so yeh don’t expect much from now on. I Don’t care about these subs anymore, I just buy the games I’m interested in.

They will always have cloud saves and online attached to these subs cause they know no one would have them otherwise tbh. This works for both Sony and MS (even tho i think cloud saves aren't attached to any subscription with Xbox i think?)

2K Drive - Released May 16th, 2023 - Current PSN Price: $60 (PS4) / $70 (PS4/PS5)
Powerwash Simulator - Released January 31st, 2023 - Current PSN Price: $24.99
Sable - Released November 29th, 2022 (PS5 Only) - Current PSN Price: $24.99

“This price adjustment will enable us to continue bringing high-quality games and value-added benefits to your PlayStation Plus subscription service”
They are very enabled, they just won't continue to bring high-quality games. It's a choice :). Have to be honest here, these are some Gamepass level games. Hopefully next month is better because this list of games is honestly pretty shameful after a 30% sub price increase.

Lego Drive was a game I was on the fence about buying so it's nice to get it as a PS+ title instead. And Power wash is pretty popular, right? Seems like a decent month to me.

Yeah that's a terrible lineup for December. Imagine being someone who got a new PS5 for Black Friday or those opening one later this month for Christmas and this is what's on offer as your introduction to PS+ as a service.
Also still not a single psvr2 game on the service at any tier to date. I remember feeling like I needed to get a psvr1 back in the day when they started throwing vr titles into the mix. I feel there's no FOMO for psvr2 because they haven't used the same strategy to exploit the value conscious. 🙄

For the people that are dissatisfied what titles would make you think the value was there? I'm trying to see who's based in reality.
