The only two HDR LED TVs I've seen that really impress minus contrast are the 940E and Z9D. 900E is good if you can't grab up one of those. But yes, OLED (Sony, LG, Panasonic, etc).

I thought 4k(Even though its a not native) was a waste on console but it really is noticeable with or without HDR. You want a PC If you're looking for 60 fps regardless.

Or a Xbox One X that can do native 4k 60fps HDR like Forza 7.
