Since no artist was given, I'll just second Jar of Flies as well.

Queens of the Stone Age

EDIT: Pass, don't know much Fear Factory.

Hahahah! High five bro, love them as well! And the best FF album is obviously Demanufacture, everyone knows this :p

But I actually like almost all of them too.
I agree, it's demanufacture.

I have this theory that bands' third album is their critically acclaimed album.
Alice in chains -dirt
Deftones - white pony
Korn - follow the leader
Fear factory - obsolete
Pantera - vulgar display of power... And the list goes on and on.
For some bands, it's tricky, like Tool. Opiate isn't considered a full length album, so my theory would make Lateralus the third album, same for Fear Factory if you want to include Concrete.

I only know a few Leonard Cohen, so I'm going to pass... And suggest:

Faith No More

Alright man. I'm going to take this one on but I must say I'm fairly ignorant of this band. So I'm likely going with the mainstream choice for all I know.

Rheostatics - Introducing Happiness

My pick:

Rilo Kiley
Well, you're not making it any easier lol. I'll go with

The Execution of All Things,
because it reviewed the highest.
