Jar of flies. It's really hard to pick the best album though. I love AIC... So much that my email is LayneStaley@aol.comPass...
Alice in Chains (I'm listening to Voices via Youtube right now )
Since no artist was given, I'll just second Jar of Flies as well.
Queens of the Stone Age
EDIT: Pass, don't know much Fear Factory.

Doolittle
You all need to stop passing and let someone who knows the band at question answer.

Fear Factory
I agree, it's demanufacture.Hahahah! High five bro, love them as well! And the best FF album is obviously Demanufacture, everyone knows this
But I actually like almost all of them too.
The Queen Is Dead
Autechre
Since no one took you up on Autechre, I'll say Chiastic Slide.
Charles Mingus
I agree, it's demanufacture.
I have this theory that bands' third album is their critically acclaimed album.
Alice in chains -dirt
Deftones - white pony
Korn - follow the leader
Fear factory - obsolete
Pantera - vulgar display of power... And the list goes on and on.
For some bands, it's tricky, like Tool. Opiate isn't considered a full length album, so my theory would make Lateralus the third album, same for Fear Factory if you want to include Concrete.
I only know a few Leonard Cohen, so I'm going to pass... And suggest:
Faith No More

The Rheostatics
Well, you're not making it any easier lol. I'll go withAlright man. I'm going to take this one on but I must say I'm fairly ignorant of this band. So I'm likely going with the mainstream choice for all I know.
Rheostatics - Introducing Happiness
My pick:
Rilo Kiley
