The nintendolife video looks more vivid than this, check it out. Might be the way this was captured
Snake Pass seems to be having some issues. The other game, Has Been Heroes, is available now.

I only received code on Monday night
Embargo down. Here's a video of gameplay from Nintendolife. It looks quite good.

And that doesn't look nearly as washed out as the GoNintendo footage.

I played the first two realms and sice embargo is up, here are some quick impressions.
-Narrative is pretty basic and clearly just a thrown up thing to be a set for the stages
-Controls are on that ''easy to pickup but hard to master'' line
-The first world is pretty basic, almost no challenge except for a few optional collectibles
-The second world is way more challenging and varied in design. I took me a while to get a hang of some of the obstacles and some puzzles there and the optional collectibles are also way more harder to get here.
-The soundtrack is great
The Switch version on display here really looks washed out, in comparison to the version (Xbox or PC) shown in the IGN video.
The colors are lot less vivid, weird.
A few screenshots taken via the Switch capture button:
Shared via Twitter, so no doubt compressed to hell.
It didn't feel washed out to me when I was playing - but I haven't played the other versions.

Does anyone have a link to Sumo Digital commenting on technical issues causing a delay of the Switch version?

Not sure whether to go PC or Switch. I'd like to easily pick up and play the game and carry it anywhere with Switch but 300 FPS really dampens my excitement.

Snake Pass is a delicious combination of interesting concept, a solid execution but with room for future potential. A platformer without a jump button sounds absurd, but Snake Pass uses a kooky physics engine and great level design to make it feel as natural as ever. Though sometimes frustrating, Snake Pass is charming and simple, a different experience, even if it feels like it's over a little bit too quickly
You do get the feeling that Snake Pass needs a little more time in the oven though. Technical issues mar the experience slightly. HD rumble might decide to go insane for no apparent reason, and I suspect that it's being upscaled from a fairly low resolution on the Switch.
