Not the best discounts. I guess they expect people to buy whatever games they don't have on Wii U, considering there is nothing else coming except Zelda.

Actually some rather good deals I must say, but it's a shame that the NES VC is such hot garbage. I want Castlevania 3 because the NES Mini lacks it, but the quality is keeping me from doing so.

Okay guys, how are the gamepad controls on Pandora's Tower ? It seems like a good deal at 15€.

It works, but this is one of the few instances where a Wiimote is strongly advised.

I think it was one of the already deeply discounted NISA games, right? That's why it has the already awesome price of 9,99€ :p But yeah, discounting only 1€ seems kind of cheap (rimshot).

There are some good sales and other not so good (mostly first party games) but I'll get several games for sure :D

If NA puts the Castlevania series on sale too I may grab a couple (1 and 3 most likely, I think I have the rest by now and am not sure I wanna deal with 2).

The 30 % discounts on Majora's Mask 3D and Luigi's Mansion 2 are pathetic. Gonna wait for the inevitable Selects price drop.

What's this full game upgrade thing about, do I need some sort of demo to get this deal?

They're certainly scaring me off with those prices. Good grief.

Bayonetta 2 is like 15 euros physical practically everywhere. Who are they kidding?

Trial Edition is Free.

While the retail version contains the complete game from the start, the digital trial version is being offered in a free-to-start like manner, in which players can experience the game's prologue and first two chapters for free, after which they are given the choice whether or not to pay for unlocking the remaining ones.

Wiimote controls are the highlight of that game. Do not play with a gamepad. It's actually my favourite game of the Operation Rainfall trilogy, too. Highly recommended.

Some decent sale prices there. For Nintendo.

It's a real bummer the Gameboy Castlevania 2 was never released on 3DS VC. Such a great game.

EDIT: But of course SCV IV on a portable is great too!

Was waiting on Devil Survivor 2, didn't want to double-dip at full price but hadn't found a good deal yet.
Very nice!

If you're into srpg's make sure you grab both.

If it's really only worth it with the Wiimote, then I'll pass. I wanted to play the game on Off-TV with the gamepad, and I don't feel like playing with a wiimote right now.

Really want to buy both Devil Survivor games.
Not really sure about Soul Hackers. Old school RPGs are hit or miss for me now, and I'm usually not a fan of first person dungeon crawlers. Could be good for 9€ though...

I only have a 2GB card, so I'll probably need to copy stuff on my Mac twice or more to download all these games, since you can't buy a game if you don't have enough space...

The game works just fine with the Gamepad, it's just that aiming the cursor is much slower and clunkier. But it's not as if the game is really fast paced so it's not a real issue. But I've never been a fan of having to control a pointer with an analog stick. Don't let this be the reason for not getting a great game, because it's far too good for that.

I might pick up one of the GBA Castlevania games, is one considered to be better than the other, or are they both worth playing?

There's three, actually:
Castlevania, also has the subtitle Circle of the Moon in other regions.
Aria of Sorrow
Harmony of Dissonance

I'd say Aria is the best one, Circle of the Moon is also cool and worth playing. HoD can safely be skipped.

This

If they actually dropped stuff to 50% off I'd spend so much more on digital games

Just do it once or twice a year, I'd blow £30 just on the VC if they did a blanket 50% sale
Ninty monopoly :v

For the nes and gb classics i can use the 3ds y button as the b button?

Ah I didn't see that one

Ok I'll probably grab Aria while it's on sale as I'm sure it will be years before it gets cut again

Ninty monopoly :v

Yeah I understand that, but their competitors have trained consumers to wait for sales, I know that I personally only ever buy anything on Steam or PSN when it's on sale

Consumers like me would spend a lot more on games if they had more sales, even if the sales were shit. That said, they're also asking a lot for NES/GBA/SNES ROMS anyway, in 2016 you shouldn't have to pay £6 for a shoddy 50hz SNES ROM, it's just not good value for money

How does ZombiU compares to the PC port? is it recommended for the features the Wii U Gamepad provides for the game?

I played the game with the gamepad and it's worth it. I haven't tried with Wiimote, but the controller plays ok.

I guess it's time to try and get into the Castlevania franchise! Aria of Sorrow and Super Castlevania IV will be my picks.
