Only play on Switch and PS4/5 so this doesn't really help me much. That said, I do have a few interesting games for Switch on my wishlist which I plan on picking up soon. šŸ˜

I got that version for Switch. I haven't played it for a while, but it was a good comfort chill game for me for a while. Most of that time was really just making money in the casino, but I'm a straight male, I ain't gonna apologize for enjoying playing a game with gorgeous ladies in it. It's not pornographic, it's no more pervy than a sports illustrated swimsuit issue. They make gorgeous girls in the DOA series, and I like em. Why this has to be something to be ashamed of, I have no idea. I don't care if people see me playing it.

As far as the steam hentai games go...meh, the problem most of them have is they're shittier games to be honest, I'd be more embarrassed at playing a shitty game than anything with nudity in it.

Hey, this game looks cool. Let me check it outā€¦

ā€œWorld End Syndrome is a Japanese visual novelā€

Why is every game with cute girls and nice art a goddamn visual novel? I guess it is a cheap and fast way to crank out games that will sell to dudes. Arenā€™t here any actual games that have panty shots and such? They are all just boring novels and ā€œpuzzleā€ games.
Yeah, it's a VN, but one of the better ones with very good art and full voiceover of all the characters in Japanese. And yes, they do have fan service stuff including lots of romance options in it cuz that's what the core audience expects from these experiences. But overall it can stand on its own even without the fan service-y stuff.

In any case, I do get that VNs are not for everyone, but if you have some modicum of interest in the genre I'd recommend starting with something like the AI Somnium Files (murder mystery VN) as it's easier for newcomers to get into.

This was the first game I tried. I wanted to know how the story played out, but the game itself is boring. You basically just read. The ā€œactionā€ parts are mindless. This made me realize that visual novels are not for me.

I don't care, I make it known to anyone on my friend's list that I'm playing VR porn games. What are they gonna do about it?
