True, at the absolute dollar amount currently. But look at the downward slopes that the big portions are showing. If Microsoft wants to be Kodak or Polaroid, that's a good approach.

The future of windows and office is debatable for sure, but that doesn't mean Xbox is a core division. Its just not. Listen to the MS earnings calls for any given quarter, and count how many analysts both to ask about Xbox. There's generally none at all. The people whose entire job is to analyze MS's business don't give a shit about the Xbox.

Good lord, 2008 was a huge bloodbath for everyone in the stock market and by 2010 had only regained half of what it has lost. Maybe it hit Nokia harder than most, but that doesn't necessarily mean it was in an absolute free fall. In 2010 the market was about where it was at in 2004/2005. In 2010 Nokia was about where Nokia was at 2004/2005.

I remember my father recounting meetings like that with MS. He worked in IT in the financial sector. They were miffed that MS "wasted resources on this video game crap".
