How I met your mother is almost as bad but this stinker really takes the cake.
David Spade may be funny(or not) as comedian but his acting is terrible. Even my highly appreciated Patrick Warburton sucks. It's like they don't even try to act good. To my surprise Kate Hudsons brother Oliver Hudson is by far the best of the bunch.
oh, and Bianca Kajlich is ridiculously hot

There is something so ignorant and "I'm so full of it" about New York sitcoms lately, it makes me sick sometimes. It's like New Yorkers are some kind of american superrace and the rest are either rednecks and hillbillies or pensioners living in Florida.

Rules of Engagement is a masterpiece compared to Two and a Half Men and Big Bang Theory and what a surprise both of this shit are very popular. Although I have to admit I hadn't seen BBT for a while and from one episode I skimmed from this season it seemed better.

Also, LEAVE HIMYM ALONE!

Never laughed at this. A friend made me watch the one about some dating Play Book and I guess I was slightly amused by the unfolding but predictable events. I even watched it WITH several people and usually I laugh more exaggeratedly with other people.

You guys are all so hip and cool. No one's mentioned a really bad sitcom. The kind that get cancelled like Committed, Accidentally on Purpose, Jake in Progress and other horrible shit. But nooo, we pick on laugh tracks and serieses with emy winners of course.

Every other post will be Community or BBT, just because of the stupid fued on GAF. Also, just noticed the BttF reference on the BBT poster, which makes me like that show more :lol

Lopez sitcom hands down, but I don't really watch a lot of random new sitcoms unless they're recommended to me. That new one that's always promo'd during Conan looks pretty awful.

Don't really like How I Met Your Mother. In fact I really don't like anything CBS has to offer. Add to the fact that HIMYM is in direct competition with CHUCK at 8 on mondays and I despise the show even more.

The last great sitcom I remember was News Radio before Phil Hartman's death. Every sitcom I've seen since is garbage in comparison.

As a test, I just Youtubed a random Just Shoot Me episode, and I was smiling/laughing through most of it. What gives. I think it's a good show.

I think people just forget because they were so focused on the mammaries. I can understand that.

I cant stand to many. FRIENDS is probably the worst shit ever though, never been able to sit through one whole ep.

That In the Middle seems pretty bad as well, think they just took out the Malcom and the funny.

I dont really follow that much, but from what i have seen: My Wife and Kids, the guy that plays michael can be funny at times, but the other are just annoying, especially when they introduce that Franklin guy ...

I remember watching a part of the Big Bang Theory and actually wondered if the makers had decided to make a purposely un-funny TV show as some sort of satire/self-parody or some shit.

Most comedy shows made nowadays are fucking garbage.

I don't know what happened to How I Met Your Mother but I found the first and second season somewhat enjoyable and now it's just unwatchable garbage. By far the worst sitcom on TV.

I also don't get the hate towards According to Jim and King of Queens.. I classify those as the happy light family sitcoms and always have them on while I'm doing random shit. Good stuff there.

I'll go ahead and agree with you on King of Queens.
It's the textbook example of how to write a tedious, by-the-numbers shitfest. We have the typical set-up: Main character is an unlikale, childish fatass. His wife has no personality whatsoever and just serve to keep the spotlight on hilarious lardie. The jokes are retarded. His work is not funny, nor is his collegue. The only redeeming factor is Arthur and haven't we seen that character somewhere else?

I know, that this form is hardly alien to sitcoms. But they suck. Stupid, pathetic bastard with semi-hot, overbearing wife. It's like According to Jim but even worse, because the characters outside Arthur are never actually funny at all.

Also forgot married with children. How could I be so stupid. Yes, married with children is one of the few sitcoms I like.

It's obvious to anyone who read my previous post. I enjoy sitcoms from the 90s and prior. Anything afterwards save for Its always sunny, community(which may be cancelled due to low ratings apparently) and Curb your enthusiasm(which unless I'm mistaken was just ended a few months ago) are terrible.

Watched a few episodes because I heard from some of my old WoW guildmates a few years back it was a great comedy, but I can't stand Big Bang Theory. I actually feel uncomfortable watching it and I don't like anything about the main character. He's actually the kind of nerd/geek I hate.

Most of them were so bad that i stopped watching them all together.
Last one i enjoyed was Everybody loves Raymond.. And that's a while a go.

A lot of sitcoms make me sick in my stomach when i think of what people think is funny.

I liked the Louie show though. But is that considered a sitcom?

If you;re talking about Sheldon or whatever, yeah I just can't stand him either :lol The fact I've known people like somewhat like him just makes his character GRIND MY GEARS. The rest of the cast is ok, though.


I really hate two and half men, though. Like really hate it.
