Breath of the Wild coming in at about 130 hours.
Although at this rate it will probably be eclipsed by Persona 5.

Smash Bros. Wii U - 700 hours total, probably 150h this year.
Zelda Breath of the Wild - Over 70 hours according to the Switch log
NiOh - 50 hours.

Played over 40 hours of FFXV, and more than 20 hours of ARMS, Splatoon 2 and Horizon as well. Almost at 20 hours with Steamworld Dig 2.

Breath of the Wild is probably my most played single player game of all time.
I reckon I've put 180 hours into it across Wii and Switch.
Beat it on Wii U, then started over and beat it again with 120 shrines and all items on Wii U, then started over and beat it again on Hard mode on Wii U, then bought a Switch so I could play it again, again on Hard Mode (mistake), but I haven't beaten it yet on Switch.
I almost never play a game twice, so that tells you how much I enjoyed it.

Finished Dark Souls 3 but didn't do any of the DLC acts. Havent finished Beseria or Persona 5. Right at the final acts of both but can't quite find the time or the enthusiasm with so much more happening around the corner. C'est la vie.

Black desert online, 5000+ hours according to the game, but most of it, is afk "playtime"
Been a bit of an odd year. I've played a lot of different games in in 20-odd minute spurts. I'd usually play a few large scale RPG's etc clocking in at a hundred off hours each but I've only done that with BOTW. That said I was sick over the weekend so I plonked myself on the couch and made South Park my third most played already as I was lucky enough to receive it on Friday.
Breath of the Wild - 115 hours
Disgaea 5 - 40 hours
South Park - The Fractured But Whole - 21 hours.
South Park will increase to whatever it takes to finish and do all the side quests. BOTW is likely to see at least a but more playtime when the expansion is out.
Other than that, I can't see much changing other than things like Spatoon, Mario Kart, FIFA, Rocket League etc increasing in small chunks.

For me Persona 5 sits snugly in first place at 102 hours for my single playthrough. Breath of the Wild comes in second at over 90 hours, and I'm still trying to finish all the shrines and also waiting for the rest of the DLC to drop.
I bought CS:GO this year during the Steam Summer Sale and put in 79 hours in. I got sort of addicted to playing MGSV and had to replace it with something else.

Been really exhausted with long AAA games this year so I've not played anything more than 20-ish hours. I don't have the mental energy or patience to put 100+ hours into a game anymore. Played about 60 games in total this year but generally a lot of indie/VR stuff instead.

Persona 5 took me 116 hours. Unless Odysseys somehow actually super long I dont expect anything I play this year will get close to that.
Well, actually- Ive been farming for the Plat in the original Nier and Im currently at about 50 hours with a decent amount left to do. I could see that getting up there but Im hoping it doesnt take me more than like 20-30ish (including a speedrun for that trophy) tops, so...
Similarly I also didnt finish Zelda (put about 60 hours into it), so if I come back to that and finish what I consider worth doing + the DLC that coooould reasonably approach 90-100ish I guess. Though I dont expect it to be as long as P5s still.
