know it's bad when I look at this thread and can only think of 4 games i've actually completed this year,I got a new computer recently and have a massive amount of games on steam now so might aswell make a post here,I won't get anywhere near 52 but maybe it'll help me play a few more games

Game 1: XCOM: Enemy Unknown
randomly played this a few months ago and was surprised by how fun it was, wasn't really expecting a ton going in but stayed up all night playing it and was right back at it the next day. will probably play it again with the expansion at some point

Game 2: Alpha Protocol
another game I started playing on an impulse and ended up playing through to the end, probably helped that it was pretty short. It definitely has some flaws but overall it was pretty enjoyable

Game 3: The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky
I got swept up in the hype for this reading the steam thread on here and it was pretty cheap so I ended up just jumping in on day 1. I liked this game but at the same time didn't really understand why,the combat was good but not great, the story was extremely slow,I didn't really care all that much about most of the characters, the music was good but mostly forgettable etc. the worldbuilding was really the only really strength I see if I break it down like that but it managed to be enjoyable all the same, the story did pick up a bit later on and i'm looking forward to the second one which from what i've heard is supposed to be more eventful

Game 4: The Witcher: Enhanced Edition Director's Cut
the combat was a bit weird and not so good(although I didn't think it was awful or anything like that) and the sheer amount of running around vezima for quests just plain wore me out at times but overall it was a great gamee with some very enjoyable moments and a surprisingly engaging story. the second one is supposed to be a lot tighter on the running around etc from what i've heard so i'll probably like that one even more(will probably be a while before I really play that one though since unfortunately I can't get any kind of windowed mode at all to work on it let alone borderless and it's hard for me to bring myself to play games on fullscreen,i'm also mildly annoyed at the isometric view being ditched which is what I would prefer to use and what I used to play the first game but i'll probably get over that easily enough once I play it for a while)

Whelp... I'm finished for the year... I'm sure in late December I will be returning to video games, but for the next couple of months it will be all about bacteria, body parts, physics, and lab grunt work. I probably wouldn't do this next year, or at least lessen the goal if I did.

Congratulations, Minishdriveby! :D

Man, took a long pause of a month, since I played like 40 different board game, catched up with Dr Who and Walking Dead Season 4. Gonna have to try to work harder on finishing up Fallout NV and other 3DS games.

Game 31 : Adventure Time : Hey Ice King! Where is our garbage!? - 04:43 - 09/12/14
Cool little Zelda 2 type of game with Adventure time theme over it. Fun but really basic in content and lenght. 3.5/5 if you like the theme.

Game 32 : Fallout : New Vegas : GOTY - 67 hours - 09/13/14
Finally done. Game is pretty big and I did less than half of what was possible and there is many different routes and options.Enjoyed most of the DLC. Big Mountain was fun and pretty silly, Lonely Road was kinda... weird? They kept talking about something that happened but that we never see in game, which make the whole DLC kinda confusing. Overall a really good game but with a lot of problems. 4/5

Was on pace to complete the challenge earlier in the year, but I've fallen off a bit. Think I'll replay a bunch of character action games in anticipation of Bayonetta 2.

#34 Devil May Cry 4 (PC) -- Sept. 12 -- 9:52:08 -- Replay
Love the combat. The exceed system really adds a lot to the moment to moment gameplay. But, the game itself is less than perfect. The amount of repetition in the second half of the game is kind of unbelievable. After gaining control of Dante about 5 hours in, you retrace your steps all the way back to the very first area of the game, fighting the same bosses from earlier along the way. After fighting those bosses again you then fight those bosses again. Still, the combat is good enough to make this an enjoyable game.

Game #8 Double Dragon Neon - 4 hours
No update.

Game #9 Hard Corps: Uprising - 11 hours 40 minutes
No update.

Game #12 DragonQuest Monsters - 20 hours and 25 minutes
I just beat the game. Had to grind and synthesis a bit since the last boss was harder than I expected(two strong monsters beside him and brutal magic attacks) but thankfully making a black dragon paid off.

My final team was:
Tyrantosaurus(lvl25)
Abyss Diver(lvl 27)
Black Dragon(lvl 23)

Fun game with a simple but decent story. Happy that I finally got a BD in my party. I'd give it a 7.5/10.

Game #13 Danganronpa 2 -

I'm just starting this and I'm very excited. I loved the first game and I've been anticipating the release of this.

Gentlemen, we can rebuild it. We have the capability to make the world's first enhanced store. Steam will be that store. Better than it was before.
Original Post

I just finished game #46 which was the Dragon Quest 1 remake which was just released for Android on Friday. I loved that they remade DQ1 using the same graphical style they used in the DS remakes, and I heard that the translation was also pretty good this time around. For $2.99 it was definitely an impulse purchase, but this is one of those rare cases where I would have gladly paid more.

The game is nothing short of incredible. I haven't really been able to put it down all weekend - it took me about 8 hours to beat the game although the remake was VERY faithful to the original so I knew how to beat all of the quests and where to find all of the items.

If you liked the DS versions of IV, V, and VI you owe it to yourself to pick up Dragon Quest I on either iOS or Android, especially if you're never played it before.

6 more games to go!

Game 35: Dragon's Dogma - Dark Arisen (PS3)

Absolutely amazing game, and has become my favourite game that I've played so far this year. When I talk to people about they either have no idea what it is, or they've played it and loved it. It's a true hidden gem of the last gen as far as I'm concerned.

It's a Capcom RPG/Adventure game that has plenty of little nods to the Monster Hunter Franchise but is easily has it's own identity too. The real hook is the use of the Pawn System, where players can create their own Pawn to help them in their quest, but the real hook is you can share it with friends. Your Pawn is shared on a database, which can be accessed in game to create a party of pawns made by your friends.
It usually leads to a lot of funny moments as the Pawns behave depending on how their original creator has trained them to.

Overall just a fun game to play with everything you do feeling substantial, especially the battles.

Game 36: Destiny (PS4)

Distinctly average game made slightly better when playing with friends.

- Game 35: Velocity 2X (Vita) - ~4 hours - Beaten on Sep 15 - Appreciation: Excellent
This game was a blast and a lot better than Velocity Ultra, which was already a great game! A bit short for those who don't like scoring like myself, but so much fun!

I'm now certain I won't reach 52 games at the end of the year, probably around 40. That's good enough, I don't need to force myself playing just to reach 52 games.

Only 2 games away!!:

Stats from Completed Games:
Total Games: 50
Total Hours Played: 1,262
Average Hours per Game: 25.24

Games 1 to 38
Games 39 to 50

Game 50: Alan Wake - 15 hours
Full disclosure: I had a very terrible first impression of this game. My very first thought is 'why are the mouth movements/facial reactions so janky and weird?', and they only got worse. I wasn't even really immersed at all for the first 3-4 hours, because I couldn't stop looking at the strange mouth animations. I am really glad I stuck with the game though. The story was interesting, I eventually got fully engrossed in the great, gloomy atmosphere, and the gameplay was surprisingly tight. The game felt very good to play, and the scare moments literally made me jump. I am a big baby when it comes to 'horror' style games, and I know this is 'horror-light' but I was still scared. Just shows you how well they suck you in...despite the weird ass face movements. Seriously, they are that bad. I would go as far as to say that this is the biggest impact that face animations have ever had on me experiencing a game, since I am normally not picky about that stuff. It was like watching a bunch of nut crackers having conversations, just chomping away. I really think that this would be a top 5 game for me if it weren't for that. No wonder the face tech looks so great for Quantum Break. Can't wait!

It's week 38 and you've done 35 games, so I wouldn't give up hope yet. There are a lot of 2 hour games out there!

Game 25: Unreal - 8.5 hours, Sept 16th
I enjoyed this more than I thought I would. It's closer to Quake II than Half-Life, but the combat still holds up fairly well. It's actually mostly 1on1 encounters which I wasn't expecting and it feels quite different, especially with how agile the Skaarj are. The weapons are the mostly same as in UT99 of course (but with much uglier models). I never really liked the RL, the rockets are too slow, and the Ripper (or Razorjack) and GES Biorifle feel like weapons you go to when all your other ammo is gone. Luckily there's generally enough Flak ammo to go around. Still one of the best shooter weapons.

Game 47: FarCry: Blood Dragon, 6 hours
Just fantastic all around. The 80s vibe, the mechanics, just all around fantastic, I was sad that it ended

OP.

Game 61: Murdered: Soul Suspect (PS3) - 7 hrs 55 mins
Had pretty low expectations for this one after seeing the reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. Really enjoyed the hub world kind of thing and the general exploration. Collectibles in this game actually didn't feel like a chore which is pretty rare. The game reminded me of the Blackwell series in parts. I only rented it this time around but I will definitely purchase the game for PS4 to have in my collection when I get one.

On the march to 100, not sure I'll end up making it though.

Game 59: Joe Danger 2; The Movie - 3.4 Hours
Fun little game, didn't do all the extra challenges and what not but enough to get me to the end. Wrapped it up at the right time as any longer and I might have started just getting frustrated.

Game 60: The Walking Dead: Season 2 - Episode 5 - 2 Hours
No spoilers so not much to say apart from I'll need to play it again for the achievements that didn't show when the episode first went live.

Game 61:Wolfenstein: The New Order - 11.5 Hours
Started this a while back so was nice to get it wrapped up. Great game, enjoyed it much more than I thought I would. Might go back and do the other time line at some point.

Game 62: Lego: Marvel Super Heroes - 16.6 Hours
Actually played nearer 30 hours of this but the 16.6 was when I finished up the main story( and some side content) Played the whole thing co-op with a mate and we ended up carrying on to get the 100%. Really enjoyed it. Which leads onto...

Game 63: The Lego Movie: Videogame - 7.2 Hours
As if Marvel wasn't enough we decided to go for another, luckily this game is much shorter and doesn't have anywhere near as many collectables. 7.2 is when we finished the story and again some side content. Now on the quest for 100% which will take us up to around 10 hours but not sure when that will happen.

Game 64: Trials Fusion - 2.6 Hours
Got an Xbox One for a week of a mate and this was installed. Timed it till credits, though I'll probably go back and try improve some medals on hard and try some expert. More Trials, but doesn't have the same magic as Evolution.

Game 26: Unreal: Return to Na Pali - 2.5 hours, Sept 17th
I don't think this expansion pack was well received back in 1999, but I enjoyed it more than the base game. It adds a few new weapons, which are among the more fun ones, and it looks a bit better (I think it's on the UT engine). The level design though is what's most improved. The convoluted mazes are gone for the most part, the levels flow much better and just in general I think the encounter design is better. I know people like to post this image, but some of those old maps were just too messy. You throw a switch then spend 5 minutes trying to figure out what it did. Na Pali isn't devoid of that, but it's a lot better.

Game 42 finished in one session. This was even better than I was hoping for it to be.

Game 42: Murasaki Baby - 2,5h - COMPLETED (September 18th)
I love the artstyle on that one - It's the perfect mix of creepy and cute.
In "world 4" the gameplay mechanics just get crazy awesome! I enjoyed it a lot, and can't wait to see what Ovosonico will come up with in the future!
If Tim Burtons brain would get surgery to make it into a playable videogame, it would look & play something like this.
I highly recommend this to people who like Tim Burton-esque stuff!

The List

Game 1: Dota 2
Started in January, 300 hours so far, still lots of fun

Game 2: Left4Dead2
After not touching this for 2 years, I played through half of the campaign, but lost interest in it again. Used to love it when it was released.

Game 3: Mafia 2
Started Friday after school, finished Saturday evening. Great game, but lame that you can't do anything after finishing the story. Also, getting $$$ is kinda useless, nothing to spend it on..

Game 4: L.A. Noire
Cases absolved so far: 17/20. Will finish it after Easter I believe .

Game 5: Borderlands
Found the CD in a box full of junk, installed it, been playing from time to time and just decided to get Borderlands 2

Game 6: Borderlands 2
lvl 37 ZerO

Game 7: Pokemon Yellow, Blue and Red
Found my old GBA and some games, checked all my pokemons + now leveling a bit. Doing this mostly while on toilet haha

Game 8: GTA EFLC
Some shooting here, some driving there, funny stunts and crashing into trees, just for the heck of it.

Game 9:Saints Row The Third
After deleting GTA EFLC last month, I decided to get something similiar to GTA, while waiting for part 5. Didn't like SR1+2, but The Third is lots of fun.

Game 10: Dishonored
Felt like a ninja jumping around from A to B, back and forth. Also reminds me of Timeshift, which I started to play again while Dishonored. Stopping time and shooting someone in the head is like you're the thunder.

Game 11: Timeshift
See above

Game 12+13: Crysis Maximum Edition (So Crysis + Warhead)
My HD5870 struggled hard, but it did it without many crashes, proud of that haha

Game 14: Assassins Creed
Just wanted to jump around and climb high buildings, ended up finishing it in 2 days. Awesome game.

Game 15: Assassins Creed II
More AC and more to come. Better than Part 1, I really enjoyed building up the city and buying art and weapons, but I got money way too easily, could've been harder. 7 hours of playing and bought the whole city and lot's of art and other stuff..

Game 16: Portal 2
Just started playing Portal 2. 1 hour into it and no idea how long it will take to finish it.

Game 17: South Park - Stick of Truth
I was a bit disappointed as it didn't take me more than 2 days to finish it, including all side missions.

Game 18: Stanley The Parable
My GF sent it to me via Steam gifts a while back, but never got to actually play it. Extremely funny game. The Portal and Minecraft minigame was so hilarious haha

Game 19: Torchlight II
After disliking Torchlight 1, I followed a GAFFERs advice and tried Torchlight 2. Now this is something I'll gladly keep playing for as long as it continues to be fun.

Game 20: Last Chaos
Some random f2p mmorpg my friend got me to play, a private server, it's actually just a grinding MMO, almost no questing or story. Still enjoyed it. We spent 2 weekends playing every now and than, mostly at nights.

Game 21: Quantum Conuntum
It's like Portal, just for kids with cartoon graphics. At some parts I really had to think hard to get past walls/traps/whatever

Game 22: Alan Wake
I'm at Chapter 3 so far, but damn, I'm too much of a chicken to play it. I only play it during the day, with my TV running to distract me and sound volume down a lot. I had a gut feeling while playing Gears Of Wars, but nothing compared to this game. I'm scared for my life to even go around a corner.

Game 23/24/25/26: Ratchet & Clank Series PS2
This is where I spent most of my gaming time in May. Played through* R&C1, 2 and 3 in around 3 weeks, and Deadlocked in almost 2 days.
*I cheated, wasn't a new play-through, but used old saves so I had all my weapons maxed out
Now I want a PS3 to play ToD, QfB, CiT, and Nexus.. Let's hope E3 gives us a cheaper PS3, might jump on one just for R&C.

Game 27: NFS Most Wanted Black Edition PS2
After watching Fast'n'Furious, I felt like pimping cars and racing haha

Game 28: Deadpool
That's one weird game. This superhero is like a mix between Hancock and a perverted little kid in my eyes. Nonetheless a funny game

Man, didn't update in the last 4+ months.
Summer was quite a busy gaming season, also borrowed a friend's x360 while he was on holiday, and he happened to have almost only ego-shooters, which I don't play very often, so I just jumped into it and couldn't stop.
Sorry for not going into detail on the following titles, but there are so many.

Game 29: Batman Arkham City GOTY
Game 30: Batman Arkham Asylum
Game 31: Batman Arkham Origins
Had a blast with all 3 of them. After that, I just had to watch the movies too!

Game 32: Path of Exile
Only lvl 10 so far, but I didn't get the game concept till lvl 5, which took me almost 4 days, so... yeah haha

Game 33: Left4Dead1
Actually only the campaign and no multiplayer, since I prefer L4D2 for that.

x360 games:
Game 34: Halo 3
Game 35: Halo ODST
Game 36: Halo Reach
Game 37: Halo 4 GOTY
Game 38: Assassins Creed Brotherhood
Game 39: Assassins Creed 3
Game 40: Assassin’s Creed Revelations
Game 41: Gears of War 1
Game 42: GOW 2
Game 43: GOW 3
Game 44: GOW Judgement

Game 45: Halo 2 (PC)
Just bought it because I finished all the newer games, and wanted to have more some more Master Chef

Game 46: NFS Carbon
Didn't like this territory thing, MW + Underground 1+2 used to be pretty cool, but this one.. idk, it just wasn't what I expected.

Game 47: Read Dead Redemption
One weekend at a friend's house, playing all them Rockstar games! (Not counting GTA PS2 titles as we just hopped from on the the next, and ended up on RDR)

Game 48: Bioshock 1

Game 49: Bioshock 2

Game 50: Bioshock Infinite

Wait, you can actually finish Destiny?

For Destiny I used the final story mission
The Black Garden
as the finish line. Made sense to me, as I think Bungie adds an icon to the Set Destination screen at that time that lets you watch the cinematic credits (which I did, as a tip of the hat to my usual "see the credits" finish line). Also there's totally a cutscene that feels pretty final. I guess it's a bit like asking, can you finish Diablo III? You can definitely finish a campaign run-through, but there's a ton of end-game stuff you can bury yourself in if you're so inclined.

Game 27: Quake II - 5 hours, Sept 19th
Compared to Unreal this game feels more tight. The movement, the feel of the guns, the enemy hit reactions make it more fun moment to moment. On the other hand it's also much more plain, there's not really an attempt at interesting AI behaviour, environmental storytelling (there's some, but barely) or even just a single memorable level. Personally I wasn't too fond of all the backtracking, though being told the objective probably makes it less convoluted than Unreal at its worst. Anyway, it's fun, just utterly unambitious in terms of moving the genre forward at the time (in terms of SP). Railgun is ace though.

Game #8 Double Dragon Neon - 4 hours
No update.

Game #9 Hard Corps: Uprising - 11 hours 40 minutes
No update.

Game #13 Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair - ???(Finished)

Finished it a couple days ago and wow. Just such an amazing game. The twists blew me away and the OST is addicting. I adore the cast in this and the new gameplay additions with the exception of Hangmans Gambit which somehow got worse. I'm giving this a 9/10.

Also not sure how to check playtime but if I figure it out I'll update that.

Game #14 Professor Layton vs Phoenix Wright -

So I started this yesterday and I'm on the first trial. The Layton parts were actually quite easy thankfully and now the court is more what I'm used to.

65. Hexcells Infinite / 24 hrs

This is the third in the Hexcells series....brilliant games, can't get enough. I don't know how they can get harder though. These were really difficult for me, and the inclusion of a random generator will keep me playing while catching up on podcasts at least until I get that 60 puzzles beaten achievement. Highly recommended!

66. Murdered: Soul Suspect / 10 hrs

Enjoyed the rental....but could've been so much more. I'm REALLY hoping the Vanishing of Ethan Carter is 1 million times better. The pump is primed for some real detective work here. I really feel like there's a huge audience beyond even gamers that could enjoy some hardcore detective video games. Poring over clues and newspapers and all sorts of red herrings.....alas....

Oh, I also hit 800 hours!

Game 28: Quake II: The Reckoning - 3.5 hours, Sept 20th
Not a great expansion pack. It adds a few enemies and weapons but it all feels redundant. The level design for most of the game is also not great, both in the details (like elevators you need to fall down on because they can't be recalled) and the general level flow. The convoluted key card hunts and button pressing sequences feel even more like Doom than the original Q2 did. This game also reuses the bosses from Q2, they even have the same final one. Come on. On the plus side, the low-grav ship level stands out more than any level in Q2 did.

Apt comparison, I guess it makes sense :)

Game 33 : Sir, You Are Being Hunted - 4 hours - 09/21/14
A nice survival game that I kickstarted a while back. It's like a Slender type game where you go around and try to collect stones in the wild, while gentlemen robots try to hunt you. It's mostly a game of hide and seek where direct confrontation is really hard since ammo is really really hard and guns are pretty hard to get too. 15 pieces over 5 randomly generated islands. Many type of robots, but you hope to never see what they can do. The more pieces you have, the more type of robots appear. Play time was 2 hours and 10 min but save points are only boats or the center of the center island, so if you die with 3 pieces in your inventory, you have to go get them back. 3/5

Wait, you can actually finish Destiny?

Credit roll is beating the game. Completing the game would be harder. MMO's for example require you to beat high level raids at least once to "beat". Completing would be getting the highest tier stuff, all the achievements and ect. Way way way harder to complete than to beat. Think of Diablo 2 where you beat Baal and you have beaten the game, but then you can continue up to level 99 to complete the game.

Game 29: Quake II: Ground Zero - 3 hours, Sept 21st
Of the two Q2 expansions pack I found this to be the better one, but I can't say that it's great. It introduces wall mounted security turrets and the designers must've been in love with them because in the second part of the game they're in almost every room, and take way more ammo to kill than they should. For some reason they also added the nailgun from Quake 1, sound effect and all, but it's a bit shit really.

Had a lot of fun with this game. I may go back at a later date and try it on the harder difficulty because I didn't find it that hard. Or the bosses were very forgiving for the most part. And I apparently have an issue walking in a straight line across some of the very fine paths.

If you're looking for an additional challenge, that tower of terror place is pretty good. You could also try beating it with just the lantern. I wasn't able to, but it made for a good challenge.

Game 62: Trace Memory (DS) - 3 hrs 17 mins
It was about time I got around to playing this one. Really enjoyed this even if it felt like a "kid's first adventure/point and click" type thing. I'm a huge fan of Hotel Dusk and Cing overall so that might have helped.

Game 23: Velocity 2X - September 23rd, 2014 - 5 hours, 30 minutes

I remember when Futurlab said this game was GOTY material, I was very turned off and irritated. I like to see Devs have confidence in their product, but that just came off as pretentious to me. Even so, I finally broke down and played the game, and a few nights ago, as I was at level 30ish, I mused on Twitter that this may indeed very well be my GOTY. After finishing it at midnight-ish, I can say that as of now, this is indeed my GOTY*. Of course, I must give the caveat that I have played very few games released this year. Even so, Velocity 2X somehow manages to take two genres I either suck and/or hate and meld them into perfection. I usually hate platformers because they are either too boring or too infuriating for me. Usually that's due to a lack of my skill. On top of that, I love shmups, but am terrible at them. All that said, at no point did I feel like the game was being difficult just to make a faux challenge. At no point did I feel cheated or burned by the game's design. If I failed, it was my own incompetence. And due to that design, getting a "Perfect" rank on a mission might very well be one of the most satisfying gaming experiences I've had in some time.

The graphical style is superb, the story is serviceable, Lt. Kai Tana is kick-ass and the pacing is perfection. I think the rate at which the game added mechanics and explained them was just phenomenal. Perhaps criminally underlooked is the soundtrack, which is just spot-on for the title.

The fact that this was free on PS+ is actually borderline criminal. I am going to be buying the DLC if only for the fact that the devs deserve my support. On top of that, I now need to go back and play the first game!

*I'd actually say Final Fantasy X HD is my GOTY, but since that's a remaster, I'll say that Velocity 2X is my GOTY at least in terms of original titles for the year.

Game 30: Sin - 6 hours, Sept 23rd
I feel a bit bad for Sin, it wanted to be what Half-Life was, got rushed out in a broken state to release ahead of HL and has been forgotten for the most part. It's actually a good shooter though, with a lot of ambition behind it. For a Quake II engine game the environments are very detailed and interactive, in some ways it feels like a sequel to Duke Nukem 3D. There are interactive computers that are rendered properly in the world even when you're not 'focused' on them, there's location based damage and armor degradation (for both you and enemies) and most of the environments look surprisingly believable. It feels more modern for a 1998 game than it has any right to and the gunplay still holds up, it's a lot of fun. There's even a partially good underwater part, how many games manage that? There are some issues though, like infinitely spawning enemies in some areas, some utterly bullshit enemy placement (the snipers in particular) that force you to die just to find out where they are (there's no damage indicator) and it also has the Far Cry problem of fighting mutants not being very fun, though it's not nearly as bad as Far Cry. Anyway, definitely an underrated game.

Game 24: Proteus - September 23rd, 2014 - Around an hour

I guess I get why some people enjoy this game. It could be pretty calming and the soundtrack is pretty nifty. For me though? I didn't feel it. I was bored, there's not enough to see, and the soundtrack isn't enough to keep me interested. This felt like something that should have been a tech demo. Not a full fledged game, simply because there isn't enough substance. I "beat" it once, and that's enough for me.

Doubt I'll make it, but why not keep track?

Game #1: Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition (PS4) ~15 hours
Enjoyed this one a lot. From what I can tell, very underrated. Good story, beautiful graphics, and fun game play. Can't wait to see what happens next with Lara.

Game #2: Skyrim: Dawnguard (PC) ~10 hours
A solid expansion. Got it on sell, and played it through to completion.

Game #3: Skyrim: Dragonborn (PC) ~12 hours
Well worth the money considering bang for your buck. A entire new island with a slew of content.

Game #4: Infamous: Second Son (PS4) ~20 hours
100%'d it. While not an overly engaging game, it was loads of fun flying around owning the Conduit on Delsin.

Game #5: Dynasty Warriors 8 Extreme Legends Edition (PS4) ~15 hours
Meh. It was about what you would expect. I only completed Lu Bu's storyline. Still had a decent amount of fun with it.

Game #6: The Last of Us: Remastered (PS4) ~18 hours
What can I say? It's one of the best single player games I've ever played. Never had the chance to play it on PS3, so I am very thankful they remastered this masterpiece.

Game #7: Watch_Dogs (PS4) ~25 hours
A fun game and worth the price of admission. Yes, it's a GTA clone, but it's well done. The last half of the story is a lot more compelling than the first half.

Game #8: Duke Nukem 3D: Megaton Edition (PC) ~6 hours
Just picked this up on steam for $1.49 -- what a fucking steal. This game is a classic that deserves to be revisited.

Game #9: Wolfenstein: The New Order (PS4) ~17 hours
Wow, what a surprise! Honestly, I've never been big into Wolfenstein, but gutting nazi's with B.J. Blazkowicz was a god damn joy.

Game #10: Destiny (PS4) ~30 hours
Very underwhelmed. The PvP, graphics, and musical score are all great. Every other aspect this game falls short.

Game #11: Diablo III: Reaper of Souls (PC) ~100 hours
Vastly improved over vanilla D3. Very fun to play, still too casual for my taste but it's undeniably fun, especially with friends.

Man, I really ought to make a point of trying to meet this challenge. I don't know that I've beaten very many games this year! The only ones I can immediately think of are Danganronpas 1 and 2.

Game #8 Double Dragon Neon - 4 hours
No update.

Game #9 Hard Corps: Uprising - 11 hours 40 minutes
No update.

Game #14 Professor Layton vs Phoenix Wright - 20 hours 13 minutes
I finished this an hour ago and I have to say this was a really great crossover. The music was fantastic, the setting was interesting and the story had it's nice full of twists. The puzzles were much easier than normal Layton games but I was fine with that since I was mainly interested in the story.

Definitely a game I would recommend to any fan of either series.

Game #15 Theatrhythm Curtain Call -

I started this yesterday and I'm already addicted. It's got so many of favourite tracks and characters(holla @ Final Fantasy VIII) that I struggled to put it down to finish LvP. I'm not sure if this game is fully beatable so for now I'll set it as earning all characters and songs. I'll probably work on another game while also playing this.
