ASPEN, Colo. – Charlie Sheen was arrested Friday in the Colorado resort town of Aspen on charges related to domestic violence, police said.

The star of CBS' "Two and a Half Men" was taken into custody on suspicion of second-degree assault and menacing, both felonies, along with criminal mischief, a misdemeanor, Aspen police spokeswoman Stephanie Dasaro said.

Police arrested the 44-year-old actor after responding to a 911 call regarding a report of domestic violence at 8:34 a.m. at a historic house up for sale for $7.5 million. The alleged victim in the case, whose name was withheld, did not have to be taken to the hospital, police said.

Because if you get someone else to do it, you can be charged with "aiding and abetting", which if found guilty, carries the same penalty as doing the crime yourself.

confession: i used to like that show; watched it every now and then when nothing else was on. but then the kid grew up and the cute/funny factor was all gone.

remember when megan fox was on the show (that was when the kid was really young) and that episode was really awesome.
 
Charlie is just pissed off because Micheal Jordan (aka "the Hanes man himself") won't catch dinner with him. Add that to the cars he backed into in front of that country club and you have a lot of built up rage.
