This thread strengthens my theory that DC is the PGR4 of this generation. PGR4 came out relatively early in the 360's cycle, and was still able to match it with driving games years later, including the original Forza Horizon.

was the time I had to spend long hours of happiness on Metropolis Street Racer on Dreamcast
totally agree and DC also has a similar atmosphere.. I hope Evolution studio will not end up like Bizarre Creations .. it almost with sony bitch blow :/
