Awesome cover. I'll definitely pick the mag up on the street date (13th according to the last issue).

I would get excited about the Smash score, but I'm from Europe.

Nice cover, yay at Forbidden Siren Time Extend, LOL at Lost and Army of Two.

Agree with the Chains of Olympus score, Professor Layton and Apollo Justice too low, etc. Surprised at how high Sega Superstars Tennis is.

Edge has a vendetta against QTEs which I think are part of Condemned? I'd love a summary of the text but if you're into Condemned don't take that score too seriously.

Also, what's "Hype" supposed to mean? Are those previews? If so, see if there's anything new about Bad Company and Resistance 2.

2 points too high for Smash, 2 points too low for God of War, one point too low for Layton, one point too low for Space Invaders Extreme, 3 points too high for Lost Odyssey, 16 points too high for Lost: The Videogame and... well I have to play Condemned and Army of Two.

There goes my monthly EDGE review review.

I've got some issues with some of the scores, but that is Edge's opinion. Their reviews never changed my mind regarding some of the games anyway, so I doubt this issue will too.

Hmm just noticed Apollo Justice and God of War scored to low as well. Maybe edge has a bad taste in games.

There anything interesting in the LostWinds article? I'll have to see if my Asda gets the magazine in as they're the only store within 10 miles of me :lol

It's not new enough? Holy shit, let's nominate 4-5 different shooters for GotY 2008. Yay progressive industry!

I'm not ranting against Edge, just these reviewers in general. Oh well. Love is a volatile subject anyways.

I think I agree with most scores (haven't played all the games obviously, but it fits with what I expect from the games). Only Apollo Justice and Penumbra should've scored higher. More people need to play Penumbra.

Precisely my thoughts..I remember they used to give entries in the series 5s and 6s. That'll be an interesting review to read.

Oh and I can't wait to read the GTA article.
