As you may already be aware, Nintendo's online capabilities have significantly improved over the Wii's lackluster online service. The Wii U uses unique Nintendo Network IDs that makes it easy to register others, and while the 3DS still houses the remnants of the unfortunate Wii Friend Code system, it's much less of a hassle because of the 3DS's superior online--it takes mere seconds to register people from around the globe.
Then tell me guys, why do I have to trudge through the Swap Note thread just to find my friends' FCs? Shouldn't we have NNID and 3DS FCs as valid fields on GAF by now?
In fact, why do we even need the Wii FC field anymore? There's more people playing Mario Kart 7 and Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon than there are playing Brawl's

Please don't take this as complaining. It's something I noticed could be a significant improvement to the current interface.
