Well, you clearly broke the rules so I don't have a problem with Sony suspending your account.

Ubisoft might be in trouble with Sony or the ESRB for letting this slip through but that seems tangential to the whole issue.

The ESRB rating says

brief instances of male and female full-frontal nudity (e.g., a woman in body paint; a man standing with a woman outdoors).

I have a feeling this was slipped by, but it shouldn't actually have any impact on the game or ratings.

Interesting, though I am disappointed that they didn't make the men nudists as well. I actually like seeing more nudity of this sort in games as it's hardly as titillating as a lot of the non-nude content in many other games.

EDIT: Heh, scratch that. Looks like there is casual nudity for some male characters in the game too. Well, consider me satisfied.
