Wait, was Sonic X made in Japan or France? I barely remember it despite looking forward to it and recording it after school when I was like, 12 and then gradually becoming more and more bored with it until I gave up before anyone more recent than Big had popped up.

I saw some of his stuff on Musique Plus a few times when I used to watch an abundance of TV (Musique Plus is the French MuchMusic... er, which is the Canadian equivalent of MTV... only Musique Plus actually plays music videos). It's a good song, mostly because its lyrics are pretty good (and iirc, from a news interview, it looks like Pierre Lapointe writes his lyrics in a literary style, which is kinda cool).
