Haha, first post nails it. The Vita is an odd machine now.
Judging from how Vita has been treated at E3 so far... either no mention at all, or just like one or two games mentioned specifically for Vita.
As for 3000... it seems like it will happen considering the leaked trademark for it...whether it will make it outside of Japan will be more interested, but I'd like to think it would...

In an event similar to last year's Vib Ribbon fiasco, Sony will say, "Do you guys remember Shenmue?" To get the crowd riled upmand excited, and then put a picture of a Vita on the screen for 30 seconds for absolutely no reason.

Not sure if E3 is the right venue to announce Vita games at this point. There will be maybe 1-2 "bigger" localizations and some indies, but I don't expect much more. I honestly can see a PSV3000 happening that is positioned even more as a PS4 remote play machine, but maybe I'm delusional.
Yeah, this is pretty likely.

Games and visual novels are selling pretty decent on the machine without a huge PR push. PS4 is where the money is. Honestly I'd be fine with a 'mini-conference' online on Sony's Youtube channel detailing all the games coming as opposed to taking E3 conference time away from previewing the new season of Powers.
No please do not compromise Gravity Rush 2 by also making it for Vita. It deserves better.

Sony will completely ignore it at their conference but it will have a decent enough presence on the show floor from indies.
Well, the GTA5 port announcement will get a little time, and I guess EA will probably make a big deal about all of their future titles being Vita exclusive.
I'd say between eight and twelve minutes, all told. Could be more if Morpheus Pocket makes an appearance.
