Can't even get these fuckers on the phone-when I plug in my account number a recording tells you "we cannot help you at this time" and hangs up. Also if I try to connect to their support chat on my phone it never connects.
Anyways I changed the default DNS settings on my Devices to Googles public DNS at 8.8.8.8 and that worked. If you're having problems try that.
