ETA: I'm sorry, I didn't mean to sound rude. I was just a bit confused by the use of spoiler tags for the awards in the OP as well as the thread title mentioning the game is award-winning.

Im all for MN9. And that speedrun looked great, but this thread is kind of weird. The "Awards" seem...unnecessary to post.

Something tells me that the OP thinks MN9 isn't that great. Just a hunch. This just comes off as spiteful and sarcastic to me (unless my detector is broken, then it's just advertising).

Man I was so hyped for this game when it was announced.. but im actually really hating the voice acting and the game over all doesnt look so hot. And please let there be an option to turn off all of that "100%" yellow text that pops up everywhere when you kill something. What the hell is that even for? It is really distracting IMO.

Hopefully it doesnt bomb so capcom cant point to it and say "SEE! No one wants a new megaman!"

Mighty No. 9 was shown during the E3 2015 event that took place

at the Los Angeles Convention Center from June 16th-18th.

And Mighty No. 9 was the recipient of a handful of awards during the event!

Whatever. I'm on team Mighty No.9 I played the Beta, it was fast paced and I loved it. Its basically Mega Man if Sega designed it. Arcade as hell.

We're not all backers, or have anything more than a passing interest in the game, so something like that is more of an in-joke that you didn't really give any context to. It's not offensive, just sort of misplaced.

Too much stop and go to make this in any way look appealing as a speed run type game compared to something like, say, Alien Soldier on Sega Genesis.

The speed run was the least interesting thing in the title.

On topic about the speed run? It looks..... competent.

Like I'm not sure how else to describe it, but the game itself looks... fine. Not bad by any means, but there's no draw there. I feel about it the same way I feel about X7, and X8. The 3D graphics betray one of the main draws of the franchise, at least for me.
