Kickstarter: DE MAMBO ($15k Euro Goal, GAF-made, Smash inspired brawler)

Ever wanted to play Smash Bros. where instead of Nintendo characters you played little balls? And you could destroy the terrain like you were Miley Cyrus in that one video except you're not Miley Cyrus but instead are little balls?

Boy howdy, does JORDOROWSKY51 have the game for you!
Right here! That's the Kickstarter campaign page. The team he belongs to has it for you right there.

It bills itself as basically a super simplified version of Smash Bros./Breakout(/I guess also a bit of Monkey Ball?) where you use a basic control scheme to destroy the crap out of the other players like the serial killer a gamer is.

But wait - there's more!

They want to include a top-down WarioWare-esque RPG-type singleplayer mode, a Challenge mode, and.... well, uh, other modes. You can play these modes. They are playable.

Currently sitting at $6k+ Euro/$9,900k+ USD with 28 days left.

24 days, guys.
Don't let the zombies win.
You know, later.

That joke worked better when it was 28 days.

Hey, sorry to bump this but there's no review thread for this game and I don't currently have thread creation privileges.

I gave it an 8/10. It's a solid Super Smash Bros inspired fighting game with a fantastic single player offering - like surprisingly fantastic.

(I reviewed it on Nintendo Switch)

How long is the single player campaign?

I couldn't actually complete the hardest set so I'll let you know if I ever do! You start off with a handful of manageable stages but you gradually unlock harder sets with even more levels in them. It would probably take you anywhere from 3-8+ hours depending on your skill level.
