Phew, i graduated at the right time. What's people's opinion on Xenosaga 3? Say, if I liked Final Fantasy X and Dragon Quest 8, is this a right game for me?

Is Yakuza worth checking out? I don't like GTA, so if it's far from it then it might be worth an initial rental.

I'm really waiting for Okami though.

Yakuza is nothing like GTA. I have no idea why that even started being said. It's closer to a beat 'em up in gameplay, although even that comparrison isn't particularly apt. It's an Action RPG, basically, with heavy emphasis on a yakuza storyline.

Hmmm.... I'll take a look at it then. I see it mentioned a number of times but never really stood out for me. Whenever I hear free roaming gangster type games I usually pass. But Action RPG eh? That sounds interesting to me.

So I think I'm looking to pick up something new.

I was thinking of getting Battalian Wars becuase of BWii... but is it still $50? Not really itching to pay that much...
Or should I go with Star Fox Command?

Anyone know what the next month looks like in release, anything interesting for PS2 besides FFXII in Oct?

Yes, there's even random battles and you can increase your stats through the experience you get from 'em

Not sure about Tales (not a fan of the series). This is from a recent IGN article about PSU:

Take that for what it's worth. I assume it would probably be the same for the US.
