I really need to play this game. I downloaded it during GWG. But i am still not clear how the game really works with seasons and buying seperate characters etc.
What do i have now if i downloaded it during GWG?

The first 8 characters, their exclusive accessory sets, their retro costumes, their stages and the original KI port.

So seasons are just new characters and improvements to the game. With offcourse the characters only costing money?

Pretty much, yeah.

The only thing you're paying for are characters, stages, accessories, retro costumes and the old school ports. All new modes and what not are free.

I always just bought the Ultra version, but aren't the stages free to select for whoever regardless?

Unless it was changed at some point then you have to own the character to be able to select their stage. Though if you're facing someone that chooses that stage then you can play on it with no issues.

March 26th is a Saturday... unlikely to launch it then i'd say, could be a few days either side. Im not sure what American holidays there are but Easter is the 27th and Friday/Monday are bank holiday's in the UK at least, depending on what US holidays there are that will probably be relevant to them deciding their date
