I know people wouldn't had liked it without visual upgrades or anything but, I still think they should have just threw them on the PS4 and XB1 instead, as is instead of, well this.

Still trying to figure out who is going to buy this. Buying each one of those games separately, especially physical version on PS3 and 360 is cheaper than (probably) what this will be priced as.

The point is Activision can still sell a game this year to the last gen crowd and even get a few of them to buy the DLC.

Why? It's not a remaster. It's just a repackaging of the games into one box. Bringing them to current gen would require a remaster. However, this could be compatible with XB1's BC (not sure if Activision participates in the program).

Probably a bit off topic but isn't 4's multiplayer a modded, hacked mess on last gen? I remember my brother trying it about a year or so ago and players were just falling from the sky and stuff.

From the photo it's a repackaged collection of the original MW trilogy for last gen. The one packaged in IW is a graphically enhanced Remaster of MW.

Just a combo pack of all 3 discs in one. Probably $30.
Surprising since gamestop and other used retailers are simply drowning in copies of all 3 of these games and they cost $5 or less used most places.
The black ops pack made sense because both of those were still going for $20/$40 at the time. It was a good value at $30 for both and undercut the used market. Unless this is $20 I don't see it selling much.
The black ops pack did pretty well at retail.

Yeah, MW1 is a hacked mess. MW3 is still pretty good online.
You may see some hackers in MW2, but nothing game breaking like with MW1.

This is Activision's way of still releasing a CoD to last gen without porting IW. They want to make sure the last gen market is as dried up as it can get.
MW2 on PS3 pound for pound seemed to have the worst cheating epidemic I had seen on anything I had ever played before. People were building large castle forts using supply drop boxes as the bricks and then hiding in them shooting out of the little window holes they created. This was like every other game I entered there were hackers with wonderful new ways to manipulate the game. Ever been chased down a hallway by a UAV firing grenades? I have.
It wasn't until GTAV Online for PC that I experienced hacking on a worse level.
$10 for all 3 games. Not a bad price, I guess. Do they come with online?

This. The BO combo pack stayed in the NPD top 10 for months, and this one has 3 games instead of 2. It'll do fine. People forget how many millions of players haven't switched over to current gen yet, or can't afford to.

its true. Like i said for black ops those games didn't tank in value like modern warfare did. They were strong sellers in the used market so the double pack made sense to undercut used and make some money on the old titles.
Unless this is $20 they aren't undercutting the used market.
