I love the scene when Homer and Flanders are riding in the car together and Homer runs over something. Flanders asks what it was and Homers says "I hope it's Flanders" and just laughs.

There are far too many to mention but these are 2 of my favourites ...
The whole glorious scene with them slowly going delerious in the life raft ... the music really tops this one off in the show! ... and then the batteries run out!

I also love the scene where Homer (donning reading glasses) reads up on President Bush in "Two Bad Neighbors," not sure if he was a former Prez or not.
