[RUMOR] Pikmin World (Switch) leaked by Dutch retailer?

It shows a release date of March 24th 2017, which isn't really realistic. But what are the odds of this being legit? Where did they get the title? We all know Pikmin is coming to the Switch, but why not just put Pikmin (Switch) for the title? Or Pikmin 4. Pikmin World seems so specific to me 🤔.
 
There is no way a mainline Pikmin game releases so soon. If there is indeed a Pikmin coming to the Switch in less than four weeks, it will be something small like the game for 3DS.
 
Pikmin World was a name used in a bullshit rumor last year. I guess the title comes from that? I don't think it means a whole lot.
 
I work at this retailer, and basically what happened is that they put a lot of rumored titles up (not able to order, just for a notification) before the event. After the event they changed the rumored titles to the confirmed games but forgot this one.
 
Miyamoto did say last year that the next Pikmin was almost done. What are the chances they try a stealth launch? That would be fucking incredible.

Edit aahhhh it's off the back of an old rumour. Never mind then.
 
Seems like this has already been on the website since January. They also added an Assassin's Creed Egypt game around that time according to this website called Gamezone, which seems in line with yesterday's leak.
 
Pikmin world is the name you would give to a Pikmin 1+2+3 compilation on switch.

If there's any truth to this, which I doubt, I would bet it's that.

Even if the leak is fake, isn't a new Pikmin coming this year still highly possible? Miyamoto said the new one was almost done at least a tear ago iirc
 
I expect this to be fake, but I also expect Pikmin 4 to release this year or next on Switch.
