Thought it was a neat story.

John Paesano, who did the scores for Netflix’s Daredevil series and the Maze Runner films, created the main score for the game, which covers in-game combat, cinematics, etc. But the local electronic music makers got a chance to score game scenes taking place in night clubs or other public in-game venues.

“We call this music the ‘diegetic’ music. That’s the music that’s in the world and not, you know, breaking the fourth wall, so to speak,” Voillot said.

That's pretty cool.

Hope they have a track that lives up to Saki Kaskas's "Callista" which was the music in the Afterlife club in Omega in Mass Effect 2.

Rest in peace, Saki :(

So happy they brought Comaduster back, I loved his work on some of the club tracks (used in other EA games too since he's video game sound designer as well). Can't wait to hear the others.

I love some of the music that you can listen in Shepard's cabin, and in the appartment in Citadel. There's one that I just can't find on Youtube and it drives me crazy.

I hope the tracks in Andromeda are good, I can't wait to see the local clubs :D

If the MEA soundtrack manages to capture a fraction of what the ME1 album made me feel I'll be happy.

Of course, I'm shooting for more than just a fraction, but still.

I have to admit that I'm not confident in Paseano's ability to make an interesting soundtrack. And I usually don't like movie/TV composers suddenly working on a videogame (see: Xenoblade Chronicles X). Some Daredevil tracks are okay-ish and I like the opening but overall I think his work isn't great.
I hope he proves me wrong but I would have been glad to see Sam Hulick back.

I feel the same way. I'm not all that thrilled with his work, either.

Immediately sought out 'To Hide To Seek' after hearing it for the first time. Definitely a big bonus to the soundtrack quality to have him aboard.

I've always found his work to be pretty bland. But who knows, maybe this is where he will shine.

My friend Real Cardinal, who was a sound designer on the project, and made the weapon sounds for Mass Effect 2, 3, and also worked on Gears of War 4, and the Tail end of Andromeda, also got a couple of tracks from his awesome side project Comaduster on there.

He also has a bandcamp page:

I'm not sure which tracks are in the game, but it's really cool that they are doing that type of thing.
