‘Crash Bandicoot N.Sane Trilogy’ holds on to No1 – a feat unmatched by any other PS4 exclusive title since ‘Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End’ back in week 20 2016.

‘Grand Theft Auto V’ creeps up one place to No2 ahead of ‘Overwatch’ which climbs three places to No3; its highest chart position since W22 2017, giving Activision Blizzard two titles in the Top 3. ‘Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare’ re-enters the Top 10 for the first time since W19 2017 at No8, making it three titles in the Top 10 for Activision Blizzard. Price reductions on ‘Battlefield 1’ propel it up from No20 to No6. With no significant new releases out this week price promoted titles benefit, with Square-Enix’s ‘Hitman: The Complete First Season’ and ‘Deus Ex: Mankind Divided’ both re-entering the Top 40 at No’s 16 and 27 respectively

The price promo for Horizon ended last week, right? I figured Horizon would have dropped more. Good stuff even though sales are probably low.

A couple places have it at discounted price. Plus a couple of renewed Pro bundles back on with it will be helping.

Looks likely July continues to follow June with PS4 commanding a massive lead with a huge 24 titles in the top 40 vs just 12 on Xbox. Has it ever been this greater differences?

Yes, Crash!!!

I love this Remake so much, i didn't even know i missed Crash so much.

Keep spinning, my little friend.

I'd imagine FFXII should take the top spot next week although renewed stock of Crash could put paid to that.

Crash will continue to sell very well over summer and indeed come Xmas.

I knew Crash was going to be a beast I knew it! :D

Ok so did many others but it bears repeating after so much strange doubt cast over it from some >_>

Unlike what GAF thinks of FF, the game isn't received as well worldwide. It is the least favorite in Japan and predicted to open lower than 100k there. So don't expect much for this remaster. It is not FFX or FFVII.

That's a small drop for Micro Machines. I figured it would be much lower after getting bad reviews and bad word from the players.

Yeah I don't expect much from that remaster. If it does half of what FF X remaster did it should be considered a good result.

At this time of year it should still be enough for a good placing or 1st. It'll just be whether Crash is well restocked enough to beat it.

How bad were the stick issues for crash?

Pretty much sold out everywhere I believe shortly after launch.

How bad were the stick issues for crash?

Quite bad fro my experience. Unless you wanted to go digital most places have been out of stock since a day or two after release. Amazon has only just got more stock in and has also bumped up the price by £5.

I wouldn't be shocked if FFXII isn't number 1 even if Crash isn't. Final Fantasy isn't the name it used to be over here and it was already a polarising entry back in the day.

Can't see FFXII being a huge seller. It's somewhat pricey for a single PS2 remaster and the game sadly still has a bit of a bad rep.

Would love to see it do well of course.

In the UK with it costing 450, I doubt it.

Yeah, the UK pricing on that thing is utterly obscene. Has there ever been a more expensive console over here? I can't think of one.

I can't imagine anyone but the hardest hardcore fanboys (who probably already own an XB1) paying that sort of money.

Pretty sure the 3DO, Philips CDI and Neo Geo were in the £500-600 range at launch.

Square-Enix's PS4 remaster ‘Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age' takes the No.1

Square-Enix debut at No1 with ‘Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age' – this is a PS4 re-master of the 2007 PS2 European release and is Square's first No1 since ‘Deus Ex: Mankind Divided' topped the All Formats Top 40 in week 34, 2016.

Activision's ‘Crash Bandicoot N.Sane Trilogy' drops to No3 after 2 weeks in pole position. A retailer's shopping event day gives a boost to several previous chart toppers with Activision's ‘Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare' climbing 6 places to No2 and Activision's ‘Overwatch' also benfitting - even though actual chart position is down 1 place over last week at No4, the title receives a sales boost of 82%.

Microsoft's ‘Forza Horizon 3' climbs 8 places to No6 and benefits from a sales spike on the Xbox One S 500GB official hard bundle. Microsoft's ‘Minecraft Xbox Edition' climbs 15 places to No7 and Sony's ‘Wipeout: Omega Collection' climbs 16 places to No8. Sony's ‘Horizon: Zero Dawn' climbs 1 place to No9 and Warner climb 10 places to No10 with ‘Injustice 2'.

A deserved top spot for the best Final Fantasy ever.
