In another quiet week for new releases, Activision Blizzard’s Crash Bandicoot N.Sane Trilogy (-1%) makes it 4 weeks on the trot at No1 in the All Formats Chart.

The last time this happened was when yet another title from Activision Blizzard – Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare made it 5 weeks running at the end of 2016 and start of 2017, which is at No17 this week (+13%). Bethesda’s promotion of 3 titles continues, as all 3 manage to make the top 5 this week with Fallout at No2 (-6%), Dishonoured 2 at No4 (-20%) and Doom at No5 (-34%). With Fifa 18 just around the corner, Fifa 17 drops out of the top 10 at No12 (-18%) while Forza Horizon 3 (+13%) climbs 5 places to make the Top 10 at No9.

Micro Machines: World Series is a sales failure for sure. Glad I didn't buy it after seeing the reviews. Pity though would have liked if it had succeeded.
 
This is insane. Crash is a beast in UK, haha. That thing is going to have legs for years.

A crash themed PS4 would have probably sold gang busters.
 
The Switch software sales are impressive considering the competition. Crash, GTAV and three popular and on-sale Bethesda games are tough to beat.
 
I honestly never expected Crash to sell so well after the lackluster sales of the Sly Cooper and Jak & Daxter HD remasters.

It must be that mid-90's nostalgia sweet spot.

Looks like something gave Rainbow 6 a little bump on both platforms too.
 
Crash's legs are ridiculous. I wonder if Uncharted: TLL will have similar success since they have the same price tag.
 
Will agent of mayhem save us from the tyranny of crash?
I think Bruno posted numbers last week, so we should know how many unit mayhem will Have to sell
 
If only Shadow of War would have kept its release in August. It would have been on top for some weeks until Destiny. Now its gonna be swamped on october. Shame.
 
Just noticed in the French individual platform charts that Call of Duty Black Ops Declassified has been at number 3 in the Vita chart for the past month. A shitty game that came out five years ago. This must be one of only three Vita games still sold in stores.

or because ps3 exclusives in general was not doing that well. Ratchet on ps4 done well, i am sure sly tri and jak tri will probably do well on ps4
 
I've seen some decent prices for Doom and Dishonored 2 in UK supermarkets these past weeks - picked up PS4 Doom PS4 for £10 at Tesco for little brother. Noticing the big boxes discounting select PS4 / XBone games over the last couple of months.

This is the third week, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe also had 3 weeks at the top.
Obviously it's a bit difficult to make such comparisons since there is virtually no major games around the Splatoon 2 launch and weeks following. Crash probably outsold it on unit basis a few of those weeks in France but Splatoon 2 generated more revenue. French chart is apparently sorted by revenue rather than units.

Zelda had to compete with Horizon, Mass Effect, YW2 during it's launch month. So it only held the top spot for one week.
While MK8D held it's top spot for three but than Injustice, Tekken, Arms were released.

Splatoon 2 will likely hold on to the top spot until Uncharted : The Lost Legacy or Mario + Rabbits. Uncharted has a more difficult task since it's cheaper. So it needs to sell more units to come out on top.

Oh. Is that french chart revenue based? Didn't know.
 
I don't think the SELL numbers are based on revenue. Miitopia wouldn't chart for consecutive weeks if that was the case (or it's selling extremely well ?).
