If there are going to be any release day, they are probably embargoed until it goes on the store. That is how it usually works.

There wasn't a need for a Japanese demo, the game sold really well based on the IP alone.

Everyone should give it a shot, especially if you like beat-em-ups. I've had a lot of fun with the Japanese version I bought on vacation in Japan last April.
