There was a blog post on the EU PS.Blog about it coming to EU as a PSN title, but that was removed as I think it was a bit early. But it will totally be coming stateside in all likelihood.

If I remember correctly, Playstaytion Camp is an amateur game creator's project supported by SCEJ, it's not Japan Studio.
