Not much to share. Today I took my 10,000th photo since I first arrived in Thailand 11 months ago. This is that photo. Probably should have tried to do something more grand...

Hello! Love photography :) It's a perfect remedy for all of those who wanted to paint but laked the skill and talent ;)

I'll start with a few pics of my friend Joanna:

Have fun!

Animator: Scrolling up from the bottom, it's funny (and nice!) how I can already identify photos as yours without immediately seeing a name attached to them. :)

hahah I hope that is in a good way and not "damn it this guy post a lot" :P

Omg the last one looks so unreal nice photos czk and yeah will wait some time to post pictures because I don't really want to ruined the quality of this page.

Edit: before i go on, I would really like your opinions on these photos, was playing a little bit:

arnoldocastillo2003: thanks, it's a HDR though
Both of your pictures are interesting and well framed. I like the second one better.

Now this is an awesome place (2nd pic) to take wedding pictures. Nice framing.
Thanks, would you believe me if I told you that the 2nd pic is from the same location and a direct continuation of the 1st pic, will try to post a full frame of the location, is such a weird contrast place hahahahaha.

Edit: CZK don´t you have a Flickr account?

Huh, that's awesome.

A flickr account? I dunno, what for? I think that DeviantArt is quite good, is Flickr significantly better?

That one has a story. I was out with a friend, doing lightpainting under the metro in Paris (southeast, line 6, 13th). As we were about to stop doing our stuff, those two young guys show up and yell all kinds of stupid shit in front of my Canon (in the spirit of "representing the hood"), thinking I was filming. I laughed with them, and eventually they wanted to pose for me, getting naked and all. I was quite drunk, it was 3 AM... Oh well. It was... something.

Lots of Russians and naked ladies.

I have been noticing that. I thought the site is russian for a while but it is a Canadian company. For some reason it is extremely popular with russian photographers which is fine by me because their models are beyond gorgeous :)

Might be somewhat unrelated since it's actually a video but it's made out of single pictures with a dslr so I guess this would be the most appropriate thread for it. Anyway, this is my first go at timelapse and it was really fun to make. I'm pretty much just trying out everything in the surroundings that could be "timelapsed" with various results. Parts of it is alright, I reckon, but without proper software and equipment it was a bit challenging. (Manually pushing the shutter button every third second for 20 minutes wasn't "really fun" after a while.)

Here it is.

Maybe you guys have some experience in the making of timelapses? What would you suggest as a good motive for a timelapse?

My only recent photo that I liked, not quite balanced with the placement of the sign but still alright.

I lived in Skaneateles as a kid but am in Buffalo now, only recently have begun to re-explore central and western ny. Plenty of places I have to hike, I remember in Skaneateles we went to campsite a few miles past our house down the lake and followed a little stream to a bunch of waterfalls we had no idea were there. I feel like there's an endless amount of places to explore around the finger lakes.

Took this a couple of months ago in San Francisco. Time to start working through that backlog!

@czk: well i only was asking because there are a lot of neoGAF users that have one and its nice to see their photos, and at the same time there is a neoGAF group and a couple of neogaf user galleries, also it may be worth the while that you make a flickr account because you get more exposure of your photos, but hey its up to you, I for one would love to see your work on flickr.

@plasmapenguin: HOLY FUCK! am I reading correctly, it says that 2,000 pictures were taken DAMN, and WOW i loved the strawberry bake pie and the clouds part those were insane, and I specially liked the part with the candles in the way the interacted with the music was awesome, but I didn´t liked the part of the TV yeah not my stuff eventhough it almost seem as an 3D effect nicely done dude, you deserve a big HURRAY!!!!!

@Animator: I for one love your photos, love the PP you give them and the clean they look, don´t know why I can´t take photos like that, you have a special eye for that, awesome photos all around.

@Gabyskra: Dude your photos are truly cool, they have a kind of a hipster way that I like a lot, specialy the one were the dude is posing, for me it looks ready for a magazine ad, nice.

@AnkitT: Nice framing in all your photos and yeah birds are a f*ing hustle to take.

@Antimatter: Awesome picture, nice waterfall, did you use speedlight or flash?

@theusedversion: That fly is ready to take on you hahahahahaha.

@Futureman: Nice PP, loving the lighting.

@Agent Ironside: Nice Product placement advertising hahahahaha

@aidan: Man i wish that someday i can visit San Francisco, is one of my top 3 cities I want to visit before I die.
