Think of it like exhibition matches, the players will play "more freely" and take more risks, playing their non-tournament characters, stuff like that. Casual play in my experience people showing out, showing off, and crazy go nuts.

The tournament not starting on time is one thing, but the fact that the stream hasn't had anything on it for a good 45 minutes is terrible. It might as well not be live.
But we all needed to learn about SFxT alternate costumes on Vita.
They said you can't for like 2 years or something.

He wasn't at Evo or NCR this year, so it looked like it. He didn't adjust well to the AE nerfs to Zangief, that's for sure.
I'm glad he's playing this weekend, though. He's one of my favorite players.
