Didn't see a single autocorrect device work properly so far without constantly adding words, would be pretty impressed if this will be the one.

Holy shit that looks great, especially for someone like me who doesn't swipe much. I still tap the individual keys, just verrrrry quickly. This would add that much more speed.

They need to get this on the store ASAP. Would probably be a fantastic way to get a keyboard on something as small as a watch.

This looks awkward. The video looks like people just mashing away at the letter area while text is popping up from a different source or something.

Maybe it's easy to get used to but it looks strange.

This looks really cool. It will be interesting to see how easy it is to adapt to and use for a normal person.

The video was annoying though, it was hard to hear him talk over his music sometimes. haha

I watched the video and I saw that. But... there has got to be more than that right?

Use of space, forms of input and speed. Those 3 are the same reasons I choose certain keyboards over others right now on my phone and tablet.

Its plenty reason enough. Not sure what else you are expecting.... its a keyboard...

It seems like its not all that different from Swype to me. Just another predictive keyboard, right? I don't much care for those. I don't have much success with Swype and autocorrect is plain evil.

On a tangential note... if they've been working on this for two years and its by all accounts ready to go... Why the hell are they putting up a crowd financing campaign? They don't seem to really need it. This is what bothers me usually about kick starter and indie gogos and the like - the money doesn't seem like its going anywhere legitimate a lot of the time.

Where do you get the idea that they are 'ready to go'? The beta seemingly isn't expected to even start for another 4 months, and the actual launch due in 2014. Sounds like its a long way from 'ready to go' to me.

Stuff like this only works with English. I think some languages like Chinese, Japanese can never utilize predictive typing technology.

It's Swype flattened into one dimension. Good idea. I was thinking about alternative typing layout for not touch devices (watches specially as a matter of fact) and this seems like it could do it decently.

It looks like it works well, but I don't really consider this much of a problem. I've never thought "I wish this keyboard wasn't in the way" when I'm using my phone. I'd like to give it a try though, just to see how it compares with Swype for speed.

Looks like its super dependent on predictive typing, which I just don't trust to any degree. As far as I'm concerned it's just another gimmick that looks good in videos but will end up being super clumsy and unreliable in practice. Like all forms of touchscreen typing it will be inferior to a good old physical keyboard.

They need to fire the idiot who edited the sound over the video.

It looks kind of neat, though it's still mind numbingly slow in that video.

Call me when you can comfortably type anything you want including capitals and punctuation, names, things that aren't in an autocorrect dictionary etc at at very least 400+ signs per minute.

This doesn't look like it's anywhere near any of those conditions.

Blergh. Auto-correct is an ass. Until they start including a crowd-sourced auto-adaptive lexicon to draw from, I'll have to keep correcting really obvious things that I don't have to with a standard keyboard.

So why do they need funding? Just release it for $2.99 for Android and you'll have a few hundred thousand dollars to play with and invest in the development of Google Glass and iWatch apps. They've obviously already done the work.

Because "street cred" by using social media. If you feel personally involved in the success of the product you'll be more likely to donate more than $2.99. It's product marketing 101 in the social networking age.

This is awesome. If they can somehow put it on Cydia I'd snag it for my phone. Not enough to make me jump back to Android.

I was ready to donate, but this makes not want to do it :(

Ok, that and I couldn't use Google Wallet to pay and didn't feel like getting my wallet to read the credit card number.
