Infinite Space 2, Weird Worlds: Return to Infinite Space to be more precise, was recently released on Steam, its almost 8 years of game, but still pretty nice overall

I wasn't aware there were two series named Infinite Space.

Yeah, my initial response was to think of the DS game as well.

I really liked Weird Worlds, absolutely interested in this.

Same, I was like THERE'S A SECOND ONE AND A THIRD?! Then I saw FTL after I clicked and was like, awwww....

I did too. I became very sad that the thread wasn't referring to the DS game. :-(

This thread title hurt my head because A) I thought it was about the Platinum Games DS game B) which made me think "uh there was a second one?" C) sequel to predecessor made my mind do a Chrono Trigger-esque time warp.

I highly enjoyed FTL outside of the horrific failures, so I wouldn't mind more games like it.
