The appraise/sell aspect seems like a nice touch. Keeps it interesting.
Hahaha, dat Morgans Shop. I swear the art is not the reason I'm hyped for this game ^^
Edit: Also wondered about visibility of equipment. At one time there where 3 warriors and one of them had a golden armour, other then that it doesn't really look like there's gonna be much of a difference

Some of the weapons seem to change appearance. The fighter had some really gaudy looking long sword at one point in the video. Different shields too. Look at 0:12.

Pretty sure the color difference was to differentiate the players from each other.

Armor does not, however...unless you pick a different color scheme, of course.

Yeah, I figured armor wouldn't. It's just too much art to redraw.

Ok, so it's only weapons. BNetter than nothing I gues,, still hyped.
It's always safe to assume with Vanillaware that you're going to be seeing a lot of the same stages with different characters.

Looks like I'll be grabbing the PS3 version first and the Vita version sometime down the line. I cant wait to play this with friends, although it will be odd since I've never used my PS3 to play co-op games before.

Weapons do, but I doubt armor does. This is all hand-drawn, and that would be a lot of animating to do.

Hmm, sounds interesting but I hate sorting through mountains of loot. Every chest and enemy encounter yielding 500 bits of detritus that I have to compare to each other and to what I have equipped, then selling off the 99% that's useless. I hate all that.. I hope this game has a good inventory UI that makes this as painless and streamlined as possible.
Err, is there supposed to be a connection? They're stand alone games.
I don't know, which is why I asked.
They're all beautiful with great soundtracks?
