Umm....anything vs comic book character is usually comic book character, flash is faster that the speed of light. Hell if you can only go the speed of light you're a scrub level speedster in DC.
Why the fuck do they look like they are all struggling? They shouldn't be running like middle aged men who just eat 3 whoppers.
He can't run faster than light, at least not in this universe. DC comics can't just arbitrarily re-write the laws of physics as much as they wish they could. If flash did run faster than the speed of light it would in a different universe which has not such restriction from which we would have no perspective to measure how fast something is against our speed of light. It could be billions of times slower. So I'd say it's inconclusive.
We're still trying to invent new units of measure for how broke he is. It can't be measured in SI.

Its easily the Flash, he's just that good. Sonic is fast, the Flash isn't just faster, he's impossibly (to the point of god like) faster.

All of this stuff is ridiculous for the same reason that the character of Doctor Manhattan was so on point: how is a character who is so fundamentally transformed, so fundamentally beyond our experience, still meaningfully human in the way that theyr'e always depicted for the purpose of drama?
