The Asia version of Hollow Fragment was English. Not sure why you expected Chinese.

not really a surprise, considering hallow fragent localized, and sao anime is still quite big in asia.

I wish more pubs adding more language in asian version , especially if they choose to not include english, bunch of this asian version of game are chinese/korean only.

One Upon light is great example , it has english, chinese, korean, and also thai and bahasa indonesia.
