If it's actually squirting out, then it seems pretty likely it is pee. There's no other mechanism that can propel liquid out like that, I think.

So far people saying it's not only have the evidence of "because I said so". Scientists at least attempt to back up their claims with proper scientific evidence. For example they probably what the liquid is largely composed of.
