Florida man strikes again!. This time he comes to the rescue of poor shoppers of Walmart by subduing a man with a gun...who just happens to be carrying a permit for said weapon.

EDIT: Having said that, when was the last time it was Germany, Australia or Austria? May as well just play F/F/F.
