It'll likely be just Origin, though once you've got it downloaded and installed you could probably play it solely through UPlay, though I'm not fully certain on that.

Paypal doesn't work in this instance for some reason.

My bank flipped out last time when a UK store charged last year and I also have Paypal balance that I would like to use.
i used my CC. i checked the conversion fees and they were 3%...which comes out to 75cents. Still makes this a great deal.
U Play AND Origin? Thank goodness I don't have a third hole that can be fucked. That's a demonic combo right there. Discount ain't worth the hassle and the bullshit attached to it. Plus, stupid high CPU reqs and oddly low GPU reqs. This shit is going to be a fucking mess when it launches.

To be fair, the Origin client is really OK and it would only launch the uPlay service, just like Steam. So I don't think there's a problem there.

Origin lets you choose the language. And Ubisoft doesn't localise their games to Indian anyway.

Well it is multi-platform, what do you expect? At least it looks pretty for an open-world game. Also who cares what kind of hassle you get at that price, its a steal no matter what.

Nothing huge. The biggest thing that pisses me off is seeing shit for consoles on there. It's really not a PC platform. It's EA's store which you have to use to play their PC games. I shouldn't see fucking PS3 or 360 games cluttering up my searches.
Only other minor thing that springs to mind is that I really wish they had groups like Steam so there could just be a GAF group as opposed to having to add individual users.
Watch_Dogs confirmed as an un-great game.

yes you see the game in the library of the origin client and in email they send yout the key needed with instructions, that was how I got Tomb Raider last year, which was a Steam key
I mean, Origin isn't an exclusively PC platform so it makes sense. They have console titles which use Origin ID's and the Origin network, sometimes to pretty cool effect.
For example, I don't remember which game, but there was a game that Jeff on GiantBomb had played on a console for a while, and when he played it on PC all his multiplayer progress was carried over completely, so he didn't have to reearn all of his stuff.
I believe there are also cross-platform leaderboards in some games as a result as well.
So i assume, once the game comes out, i wouldn't be able to just launch it from Uplay, right? I bought Far Cry 3 on Steam, but i can launch it just by using Uplay (which reduces the clutter) is it the same for Origin? Or do i have to launch Origin, to launch Uplay, to launch Watch Dogs?

really no disadvantage, and normal price for digital deluxe in Origin I get 45USD price for Mexico while Steam charges 70 USD for the same digital deluxe version

Jesus Christ guys, it's only the second largest country in the world, you'd expect to know at least the basic stuff about it.
For reference's sake, India has about 1400 regional dialects, and no overall one language; the closest thing to an 'Indian' language is Hindi, which is spoken by roughly 770 million people within the country. As a matter of fact, the unifying language throughout the country is English.

At the very least, I haven't had issues with it in the past, and there have been several in this thread and on Reddit who have come back successful.

Worked for me, didn't use paypal either (used credit card option), it just charged me 1$ for the pre-order and now it's processing (Until release I presume).
I was planning on buying this for my PS4 but after seeing the nvidia trailer and the game being at this price its a no brainer, I just hope my 2 GTX680's can handle this at 1080p maxed out.

Not with this. It even specifies in your cart that the game isn't eligible for that refund service through Origin. Probably because it's a Ubisoft game.
