This is getting out of control. It has become literally impossible to enjoy all the content available for a singular product. For the Arkham games, waiting for the GOTY edition is about the only way to ensure you have everything because the initial release will spread all costumes and DLC across 20 different retailers and platforms.
Funny at first, but since some of the version are region specific it's not as ridiculous as people are making it out to be.
Uhhh, that was optional side missions. How does that "ruin" the game?
This is a time wherein I have to be honest with myself and just admit that this "AAA" gaming thing is just not for me anymore. I've been sick of having this game shoved in my face everytime I glance at a magazine, a television or even a late night talk show. The OPs chart is the final nail
"Aiden Pearce's iconic cap"
that confidence

I updated the chart a little
Easy choice. The Black Friday $30 edition.
Damn - maybe it's best just to wait for the Game of the Year Edition.
It is easier to not buy any version.
I'm buying the standard Steam version i.e. the best version--the version that runs the best and is most convenient sits with the rest of my Steam library w/o having to use some bullshit other program or pay for some service to play online.
I don't give a crap about a bunch of filler side content garbage anyway. I'd rather them cut that stuff out of the main game anyway so as not to waste my time. I'll take the heart of the good game and enjoy the 6-10 hours rather than have that watered down with a bunch of bullshit.
I'm not trying to take a dump on your plan and I really don't know the answer, does the Steam version require Uplay?
Edit: Enhanced Steam tells me yes. I can't stand that shit. Pissed me off with Far Cry 3 also. Just use Steamworks & Steam achievements please!
