Only 3 of the 6 June PS+ games are available now. Rest are coming next few Tuesdays. Still have Mutant Mudds, Terraria and Sly 4 coming, definitely not all the rest out already.

Although I Platinumed Soul Sacrifice, the combat system had several issues that wore down on my enjoyment near the end - mostly due to the (in)effectiveness of melee offerings and the resulting lack of variety in combat that resulted from it end-game.

Does Delta do much to address the above? If I got bored of Soul Sacrifice, will Delta offer enough to get me interested again? (like combat changes, notable content additions, ect)

The gameplay mechanics have been rebalanced. Throw offerings can't be spammed anymore, blankets take much longer for inflicting status, and almost everyone uses melee online now.

Edit: The lizard people in SSD have completely replaced the sorcerer assassins in SS, so that doesn't really count either.

Didn't you have 2 build in the vanilla version? And yes Delta make melee combat useful. Personally I now I go into battle with a melee weapon then a throw spell.

Lost planet 1 and 2 are good games, played a lot of LP2, but they are games that are way more fun with friends online. Not too sure if there is some players online.

edit: deal was cancelled and I had to renegotiate it. Payed 1.5 million more and the wage is 800.000 higher and the board was fine with it...

Nah, but you can replace the internal harddrive, that's why I specified 2.5" (laptop size, works with PS3). It's crazy to me that people are still using PS3 with 20-40 GB harddrives when you can so easily change it with a 500 GB - 1 TB, especially with all the huge size PS+ games we get. Also replacing internal doesn't void your warranty or anything and you can back everything up to an external drive, put it on the new drive and everything is as you left it. Long but very easy process.

Debating on Ni No Kuni - not even for the price, as that's impulse-buy turf, but just knowing I'll almost never have any chance of finishing it. It might be worth five bones just to see it in motion, though. Is it turn-based or active? What's the closest analogue in terms of other JRPGs?

I can't remember if Toukiden has limited use weapons... in the sense that they degrade over time and you have to use items to make them "sharp" again (like Monster Hunter)...

But if it does, it's the same concept.

I usually dislike games with limitations in time and items too, but there are so many ways to replenish the spells in SS that it never bothered me. I can't recommend buying the original even at its current sale price now that Delta is out though.

I didn't like Ni no Kuni much, but $5 seems like a fair price for the Ghibli involvement alone. The battle system is active. There should be a demo that you can try out on PSN.

The strategy would be to aim really low with £0.50 iPhone ports, then slowly work your way up through indie darlings like Minecraft and Binding Of Isaac, then eventually if you do really well, Red Dead: Tales, Bully: Field Trip Edition, and Elder Scrolls: Quests.

Those were both games I've always wanted to play, but never anywhere near enough to want to pay. I love PS+. I think I actually buy more games because of it. It's devalued the time/price equation so much that I just buy things. I play them for 2 hours. And I'm done. Weird.

Metal Gear Ground Zeroes for $20
I've had it all spoiled for me essentially but I gotta do it. Especially since I have this really nice $10 off coupon it's effectively $10. Which means I'll skip Tales of Graces f and just wait for the next time it's on sale. And the Atelier game I've just decided to skip and make myself like Totori.

I need it physically. Then there's the fact that I own all of them at least 2 times over (All of them except MGS4 and MGS1 I actually own 3 times over), I might have to double up digitally one of these days. I'm gonna have to dip down again on MGS:HD Vita physical too.

Only for games I was never ever going to buy in the first place. Mutant Mudd always looked like a generic 2-D indie platformer. And I already bought Terraria for PS3 and hated it. I'M LEGIT !!

I'd get it for $10

The only other MGS : HD Vita copies in my area are used. No more new copies =[. I'll have to pick it up at a buy 2 get 1 free used thing someday. Though, it was always supposed to be that and GZ so now I need to find a different game for backlog stuffing.
