another amazing episode. kind of redundant to even comment on the quality of this show because it is just consistently amazing.

i thought it was a bit cruel of him to go through with showing the letter to the lawyer though. first time i was surprised he went through with something. it was still hilarious though.
 
This show is so amazing; real (which I suspect it mostly is) or fake, I don't care.

That was certainly one of the cruelest follow-ups he's done yet. I have to think it would be impossible to mend that relationship properly, even with the producers likely explaining it away.
 
Holy shit, the two times he tried to pick up the dog made me laugh so hard. Even the little transition bits are amazing. My god this show is incredible. I will be legit angry if it doesn't win at least an Emmy.

I don't want it to win an Emmy mainly because it would give the show more exposure and make it that much likelier people will start recognizing him too much for the concept to work.

I told a friend to watch this show on comedy central's website. she just emailed me this:

So I have to write this thing for a job I applied to and I'm on their website and this big add pops up on the right where Nathan Fielder walks into view and text goes across the top that says, "Hi. I'm Nathan Fielder. I know you. You live near Philadelphia. You visited me on cc.com. You watched a whole episode. Watch more." And now it's just a still of him giving two thumbs up and it says across the top "I'm watching you. You should watch me."

Also, didn't Nathan Fielder say he was contacted again by someone who didn't know they ended up on a comedy show? It's the one on the app right now.
 
Another killer episode. I think this might be my favorite episode of the season so far because of the editing and random parts.

edit: I also laughed so hard at the embarrasing moments that these people didn't want to be shown but still get shown to the whole world. lolol

It was the tag at end after the production logos. It was a short segment with more of the date at the bowling alley. I think it was after a commercial break?
 
Don't know about lizard people, but she did talk about Obama organizing school shootings to "get the guns away from the people".

I loved how uncomfortable the party lady was around Nathon. In that last scene with her he kept taking small steps towards her and she would step back. I swear they ended up halfway across the room by the end. And the fact that he asks for a hug after all that makes it even more hilarious.

"I mean...what do you mean...you wouldn't want to wring anybody's neck."

Dude is the best at keeping his cool. I honestly don't know how he does it. He's also amazing at taking a fucked up situation and making it more fucked up. Like being choked by a ghost in Switzerland. He made that amazing comment 1000x better.

Bill Gates Impersonator is, by far, the funniest person currently on TV. The deleted scene from the party (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sL6fco19xXQ) killed me.
 
Finally had a chance to watch this episode. One of my favorites of this season. Laughed out loud several times, and couldn't stop laughing at that damn dog he kept trying to pick up.
