Just an example, this hasn't actually happened to me on here yet.
By the way, my father and my mother visited me at my apartment today. All was cool. Then my father mentioned how I'd like children when I one day have them and dropped something about "yeah, your girlfriend would like that".
It makes me so angry that I'm still so sensitive and I feel like such a dummy for feeling attacked so easily.

Eeeh what? Germany and Austria are completely different countries now. But people from austria speak german (aside from other things) so yeah, it's confusing for non-europeans.
