Wario, ROB, Game & Watch, and Jigglypuff are still in the game; they're just unlockable. The Ice Climbers could be cut though.

All I saw was an awesome aerial cartwheel attack, and he summoned some Gunmen as a special. Also looked like he had an amazing meteor spike that KO'd the fuck out of the player.
