Before I finally do go to sleep, I just want to say that one of my favorite things about this game and what makes it feel next gen the most to me is the loading times. You go from menu to the beginning of a race faster than any other racing game I've ever played, and it's so great that you can hit restart and be back in the track in pretty much 2 seconds.

Just got back to racing. Took up cayoosh trials. UNBELIEVABLE. The scale and beauty of this track gave me goosebumps! And the sound of driving through that bridge with the crisscrossing steel beams is absolutely bonkers! I had to pause for a second because it was all too much to take in.

I'm almost in tears guys. This is it. Don't care about reviews. Give it a 4 for all I care. Whine about how the game doesn't have a track on Mars or is missing an established gameplay mode that has been fundamental to racing games since the 18th century. I DON'T CARE! I haven't even played with my club mates yet and I already know.

But tell me this ... if I created a US account tonight when I went home .. would I be able to play the free PSN version of this up to Friday, when I get the Full version on my EU account.

Is this possible? and if so, would I need a one month PSN sub to make this work?

you can turn on the music on the menus i think, it's disabled by default. also, you can only play your own music on the ps4 if you use Music Unlimited (Sony streaming music service)

The whole game downloaded for me it initially downloads a bit less than 3gb then a tile for the game shows up and if you check the information you can see the status of how much is left to download. When the game unlocked for me I just started it up everything was ready.

It does, it just downloads it piece by piece so you can still play a part of the game while it continues downloading in the background. This counts for almost all PS4 games. The feature is called "playgo".

Nah, all current gen games will allow you to start them up and play early content areas while the rest installs. All they need is the first 3 or so GB

On the game tile in the OS, press Options -> Information. You can follow the download progress here, it continues automatically after the initial 3GB
