- lightsaber battles used 1:1 motion controls
- all-new graphics engine running at 60 frames per second

I need a drink.
I need a gallon of moonshine. What the literal fuck.

Do Rogue Squadron 2+3 still run like crap on the Dolphin emulator?

Last I heard they were some of the few games that just run well at all even on very good computers. :(

These games looked and sounded amazing but they were terrible to play, god awful.

If it's completed, can't someone salvage it? I mean, I know the licensing will be a stick mess, but c'mon... I feel like this shit can be worked out. Where's NOA?

Time to bitch about Lair again.

Currently it would be a hard bargain to do it now with EA, and Disney and what not. Back then I don't know.

LucasArts was banking heavily on The Force Unleashed in 2008. After the sequel underperformed, Lucas more or less bailed on console gaming outside of the Lego games. Not too surprised about the cancellation.

1:1 lightsaber battles were one of the things that people wanted from the Wii and a completed game with them was canceled... What the fuck?!

What depressing news...

project was completed, but then cancelled

Hmmm. Like, COMPLETED completed, or just not crashing immediately? Because if it was fully tested, QA done, asset-complete it would be a damn shame that nobody will ever see or play this. Someone should leave it on an unpatched XP machine with no firewall and then tip off some hackers.

But really, I don't know how completed it really was. Probably still buggy.

Wildcard berths that can't beat teams without a winning record should have homefield advantage
Unbelievable. What a waste :(

Business. Incompetence.

Spend a few million making something.

Cancel it so you don't have to spend a few hundred thousand releasing it. That's business.

Impossible! I've read thousands of posts on this forum explaining in great detail how when it comes to third party decision making skills on Nintendo platforms, its nothing but absolute brilliance and 100% rational actions taken by the most intelligent and skilled business operators on the planet! :p

Seriously though, this news really pissed in my cereal :(
