I just need a 128 or 258GB memory card
so I can download everything... and in the event PSN ever goes down, at least all my Vita games are on it...

having said that, I may need a 4TB for my PS3

USe Content Manager to copy everything to PC, same idea. You can then access content at any time without PSN. Even works for stuff like Crash that PSN won't let you download anymore (you have to have already got in on the very brief window where this worked to have crash though)

good idea. but that means I have to download everything to my horribly small 64GB card, and then transfer to PC right?

they need to fix the damn download list first - so I don't have to scroll down and download all the DLCs

Yeah, will have to download, transfer, delete. What I do is download everything, even PS+ games, pop 'em on PC then either delete or play.

I really hope they patch the Vita to be more like the PS4--on PS4 you have the Library which shows which games for THAT SYSTEM you own (is it really that hard to figure out that's what people want in the download list), and DLC is automatically downloaded. Manually downloading DLC is just so...silly.

ikr. but not sure how long it'll take for Sony to implement a system like that (that's Steam like)

zzz.

I need to prepare for a future where PSN is gone forever. it sounds like it would happen... sooon

I dunno about that, Playstation is probably one of the last parts of Sony they'd ever chop off, and if Sony went down as a whole you can bet someone would buy it up. Sony has money issues, but Playstation itself has been doing great recently. TVs and laptops, that's the stuff they're cutting out.

wil, my brother let us dream TOGETHER, FOREVER FOR 128/256 GB!!!!!

So I fixed the stuttering issues I had with my games, I restored my Vita completely and now it works fine. Took forever to redownload everything though :/

is there a thread where PSN active discounts are posted on regular basis, or is it this one?
Because I rarely take my PS3 online, it's hard not to miss some deals.

I would really invest in a 256GB just to have all my Vita games on the go.

Oh that might hold all your games from ONE PS STORE
NOW IMAGINE IF YOU HAVE ACCESS TO THE JP PS STORE ON YOUR VITA AS WELL!

EVERY WEDNESDAY
Go to
store.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com
and click on $asles>Weekly Deals>All deals

If only. In my dream we have a 256GB memory card and the ability to access multiple store.

In reality I have to live with a 64 GB memory card and have multiple Vita if I want to partly achieve my dream.

Videogame plus dispatched my copy of Shinovi Vs. I chose the cheapest delivery method for avoiding customs, but it seems that despise that it is handles by fedex. I'm scared that it is stopped now and I have to pay extra.

Yes. That's why everyone please buy Senran Kagura Shinovi Versus for yourself and an extra copy for your dog, too.

It's got a PS4 version and XSeed seems happy enough with sales of Burst even though it's probably the worst of the series. I wouldn't doubt it too much

Ok, so this is really scummy or incompetent by SCEA standards. Remember that PSTV compatibility list they posted three weeks ago? Well, it just got updated today again to remove some of the games they've been falsely advertising to work on PSTV, like Twisted Metal: Head On, Wipeout Pure, Suikoden and Metal Gear Solid, you know, one of the games they openly admitted that worked on PSTV in that blog post!. Guess what else they did? They went to thas same three week-old post and removed every trace of "Metal Gear Solid" being mentioned there, either by themselves or by the comments.

It's just..."baffling" wouldn't even suffice to me. If I'm allowed to pull an olf favorite of mine:

"SCEA gonna SCEA"

Maybe they were stupid enough to forget about the PS3 to Vita transfer games? I mean, MGS does work on Vita if you put on Vita that way (I should know, have the game + a number of other ones that only work via PS3 to Vita transfer).

I guess they confused the two 'compatibility' lists and instead of fixing the issue and making the PS3 transfer games work natively on Vita (via download list)....they just listed them their :l....

SCEA is just......something, to say the least :(....

SCEA just went on a new low.

NEW low?! Ha XD! The lowest they went was that PSN 'Glitch' early this year, where many games that SHOULD work on Vita finally worked on Vita :D....then they 'fixed' it (likely for licensing issues) and NEVER commented on it, even the press outside of Jim Sterling never said anything on the issue :(.

That's the first time I heard of this. Who the hell is in charge of SCEA anyway? Aside from that, I'm pretty surprised that Grace Chen is still able to work there despite her moniker "Grace Chen Time"

I have no idea. But yeah, that 'glitch' was the best thing to happen for Vita in ages. Managed to jump in and get my Legend of Dragoon, finally. Missed out on my Dissidia DLC costumes though. SCEA does more things wrong than right anymore. It's sad.

It was.....a interesting three days, I must say :l. I remember being so hype to finally put the Crash, Spyro, PS Minis and PSP Demos that wanted to put on my Vita (hell, it pushed me to get MotorStrom Arctic Edge, Twisted Metal: Head On and Rock Band: Unplugged :D). Everyone was so happy :').

But.....they ended it after two-three days, with peoples download list slowly reverting back to normal X(.

That's just ridiculous. I bought it in the recent sale because I thought I'd be able to play it. Guess I'll have to borrow somebody's PS3 to transfer it...

Is PSN down (UK) ?

I cant get on and verify digital license

Thank god I'm not the only one. Every single one of my games bar Velocity 2X and Hotline Miami is locked out due to being unable to verify the licenses.

Utterly fucking ridiculous. Although I guess it's a decent excuse to play Velocity seeing as it got buried by Destiny, Alien and Drive Club.

EDIT: Nope. Upon rebooting the PS4 they're now locked too. So for the duration of "maintenance" my PS4 is a paperweight. Just fab, thanks Sony.

What is that glitch anyway? It seems to be good rather than bad if I'm to judge based on your comments.

Ohh. Okay. Why the hell did they take it out? I missed out big time.

They didn't take games away from the download list, but they reverted by to normal (meaning, say the crash games stopped having the download icon :().

The non-compatible Vita games included the following (in NA at least; doesn't include PS3-Vita transfer games:
-Crash 1-3
-Crash Team Racing
-Spyro 1-3
-Metal Gear Solid Portable Ops (and MGS:pO+)
-Twisted Metal: Head On
-MotorStorm: Arctic Edge
- + a number of other PSP/PS1 games

Seriously Sony? Not being able to play digital games during maintenance because the licenses can't be verified?

Fuck this shit...

Damn that's an amazing list. Crash and Spyro can last me for a year. They're my favorite games back in PSX. Damn I miss Spyro. It's my first PSX game since it came with the box. Dammit I wanna play it.

From what I understand, that is the case due to now fully setting up the PS4?

I remember posts on Gaf during the DDOS PSN attack and people had this same issue. The thing is that people need to set their PS4's to "Main Console/Home Console/ect" and then their should be no issue with the licensing verification :)....I think :l.

I don't own a PS4, so I can't really give a fair answer :(.

Well, you can remote play them if you have a PS3 :D....though remote play on PS3 is shit sadly X(.

Sony SHOULD have these game playable on Vita but NOPE.......I really hate SCEA sometimes :(; it's like they really hate the Vita and the people who bought them X(.

Seraphis Cain

bad gameplay lol
It's funny what getting a Vita does to you.

Before getting a Vita: "Gah, Vita fans, always begging for everything to get a Vita version."

After getting a Vita: "I WANT EVERYTHING ON VITA."

Thanks I'll do the crazy thing and keep checking the download list on Vita to see if I can sneak the crash and spyro games and any other oldies onto my Vita.
I can delete some of my 1 GB PSP games to make space :p

My console is set to primary so that can't be it. This is the first time I've seen this though. During earlier maintenances I did not have the same problem.

So true. I dunno man. I don't want to turn this into a 3DS vs Vita but... A real handheld has to have curves right?
