I was watching some German guy play it on PS4 last night and it looked super nice. Very smooth and crisp, with an amazing use of color and sound.

Are there any ammo boxes, or is there any way to buy more ammo in horde mode? I know you can loot enemies but I don't seem to be getting much ammo that way. I run out of ammo a few rounds in and then I'm fucked...

Other than that, I'm enjoying it so far. Maps look great, gunplay is satisfying, sound design is great, framerate is holding up really well.

It's 60fps, but it isn't locked. Some maps run better than others, but overall the framerate is good.

And ammo boxes are littered around the map, which is something I didn't realise before. There is no mini-map, so you have to search for them yourself.

Playing with people who have a mic makes this game a lot more fun. Communicating with teammates and hearing each others reactions to certain shit makes the experience better. I was playing with randomers who had no mics earlier today and I didn't have half as much fun.

Why do people play these types of games with no mic? Communication is key!

I can agree with this but also you have to take into consideration that some don't feel comfortable talking with strangers and some people can be hostile to others.

I for example can be bad at communicating where i am exactly so people can resurect me or give me ammo or some other stuff. I feel more comfortable talking with my buddies that no matter what, they're my friends and there's no hostility. We're all just having fun wether we win or lose or just mess around.

Also english is not my first language so that can make some people angry that i don't communicate well enough for them.

I've had some bad experiences online and that is the reason why i don't use my mic with people i don't know.

What a weird way to release this. All we have heard is March 6th, with no physical release in the US and then it pops up on PSN with a $10 PS+ discount today. Whatever, I'm just glad I got it downloading and saved $10 to boot.

I almost bought it for $50 not knowing there was a discount. Luckily I had to buy a $50 psn card so it saved me money.

I would have been pissed.

It's because they are doing this all on their own without a publisher. That's large scale for them - they normally work with a publisher.

EDIT: Or, the retail is pending on a publisher agreement.

Makes me even more glad I bought it. I have watched enough footage to know I will dig it hard, plus I already love Sniper Elite anyway. But this looks even better for various reasons.

Yup the release of this game is kinda weird. I mean do they want to sell the game ? and that discount came out of nowhere, not that i'm mad about it...

And it's still not up on the Xbox Marketplace, i guess it'll be March 6 for Xbox One.
