I'm normally against pre-ordering but man, Fallout's one of my all time favorites. It's a solid deal at least.

That's the main reason I haven't bitten yet. I'm a huge fan of the series, and the CEs so far have been phenomenal.

Been playing FO3, NV, and Skyrim consistently since each games release. Just started yet another Skyrim character. Thousands of total hours of entertainment between those games. Pennies per hour... Cheap as hell.

I'll wait for the GOTY Edition to get it on PC. I can barely run Skyrim at max and maintain 60fps. I'll get it for the PS4 at launch and upgrade my PC in a year or two.

I really think we'll see this game by holiday. Doom will be their late summer/fall release and fallout will be holiday. If it gets delayed it'll be a march/april title at the latest. Todd Howard has said each game they have announced that it's the closest to release they've ever announced a game. If that trend continues, it's going to be great.

I think people are preordering based on the legacy of the series. It's not as if this is a new IP or anything.
